By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ANKrD, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, do not use ANKrD.
1. About ANKrD
ANKrD is a mobile behavior and shopping pause app designed to help users reflect before making purchases.
ANKrD may include purchase pause tools, impulse check-ins, spending reflections, wishlist or save-for-later lists, purchase notes, emotional spending prompts, habit tracking, AI-assisted reflections, reminders, account features, purchases, subscriptions, paywalls, premium features, settings, and other app features.
ANKrD is designed to support personal reflection around shopping behavior.
ANKrD is not a bank, financial institution, credit counselor, financial advisor, therapist, medical provider, legal advisor, debt management service, or emergency service.
You are responsible for deciding what information you enter into ANKrD and how you use that information.
2. Information You Provide
ANKrD may collect information you choose to enter into the app.
This may include:
- Name or display name
- Email address
- Account login information
- Username
- Profile information
- Purchase notes
- Wishlist items
- Save-for-later items
- Product names
- Product links
- Product photos or screenshots
- Store names
- Price notes
- Category notes
- Spending reflections
- Emotional spending notes
- Pause reasons
- Waitlist or reminder dates
- Habit tracking information
- Budget-related notes, if you choose to enter them
- AI chat or reflection messages, if AI features are available
- Subscription or entitlement status
- App preferences
- Feedback, support requests, or messages you send us
You should only enter information that you are comfortable storing in the app.
3. Sensitive Financial and Personal Information
ANKrD may allow you to enter sensitive personal or financial-related information.
This may include information related to spending habits, emotional triggers, shopping behavior, personal goals, debt concerns, budget notes, financial stress, or purchase decisions.
You control what you choose to enter into ANKrD.
Do not enter sensitive financial, emotional, health, relationship, legal, or personal information unless you are comfortable storing it in ANKrD.
ANKrD does not require you to connect a bank account, credit card, loan account, investment account, or financial account to use the app unless a future feature clearly asks for that permission.
4. No Bank Account or Payment Card Collection
ANKrD is designed as a reflection and behavior support app.
ANKrD does not require your full credit card number, debit card number, bank account number, loan account number, investment account number, Social Security number, tax ID, or payment account password to use the core app.
If ANKrD offers purchases or subscriptions, payment is processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform provider.
Celestial Works LLC does not receive or store your full payment card number, full bank account number, or payment account password.
5. Account and Sign-In Information
ANKrD may allow you to sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook, email, or other supported login providers.
If account features are available, we may collect or receive information needed to create, manage, secure, or support your account.
This may include:
- Email address
- Name or display name
- Username
- Login provider ID
- Authentication token or account identifier
- Account creation date
- Account settings
- Subscription or entitlement status
- Device or app session information needed for login and security
We do not receive or store your Apple, Google, or Facebook password.
Your use of third-party login providers may also be subject to their own privacy policies and terms.
6. Guest Use and Local Data
ANKrD may allow you to use some features without creating an account.
Some guest or local-only information may be stored only on your device.
Local-only information may not be backed up to our servers unless you later use an account feature, sync feature, cloud backup feature, AI feature, or other feature that stores data online.
This means:
- If you delete the app, local-only data may be lost.
- If you switch phones or devices, local-only data may not transfer.
- If your phone is lost, reset, damaged, replaced, or wiped, local-only data may be lost.
- If your device storage is cleared, local-only data may be lost.
- We may not be able to recover local-only data because we may not store it on our servers.
You are responsible for understanding the risk of using local-only or guest features.
7. Purchase Links, Product Screenshots, and Shopping Content
ANKrD may allow you to save product links, store names, product screenshots, product images, price notes, purchase notes, or related shopping information.
Product links, screenshots, or images may reveal personal interests, spending habits, location, account details, addresses, names, order numbers, or other private information.
You are responsible for reviewing screenshots, images, product links, and notes before saving or uploading them.
Do not upload or save screenshots that include passwords, payment card numbers, bank account numbers, addresses, order numbers, private messages, or other sensitive information unless you are comfortable storing that content.
8. AI Features
ANKrD may include optional AI-assisted features.
AI features may help with spending reflection, purchase pause prompts, emotional spending check-ins, wishlist organization, shopping summaries, habit insights, or general informational support.
If AI features are available, information you submit to those features may be processed by AI service providers to generate a response.
This may include purchase notes, emotional spending notes, product details, price notes, wishlist items, reflection entries, or other information you choose to submit.
You should not submit information to AI features unless you are comfortable with that information being processed to provide the feature.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inappropriate, emotionally unhelpful, or unsuitable for your situation.
AI features do not provide financial advice, credit counseling, debt management, therapy, medical advice, legal advice, emergency help, or professional care.
Always review AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it.
9. Information Collected Automatically
When you use ANKrD, some information may be collected automatically by the app, your device, app stores, or service providers.
This may include:
- Device type
- Operating system
- App version
- Language settings
- Country or region
- General usage events
- Feature usage
- Reminder activity
- Crash logs
- Error reports
- Performance data
- Subscription status
- Purchase entitlement status
- Authentication events
- Security or fraud prevention signals
We use this information to operate, improve, secure, debug, and support ANKrD.
10. Purchases and Subscriptions
ANKrD may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, premium tools, paywalls, or other paid benefits.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the platform where you downloaded the app, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Celestial Works LLC does not process your payment directly and does not receive or store your full credit card number, debit card number, bank account information, payment account password, or complete payment details.
We may receive limited purchase or subscription information from Apple, Google, or service providers so the app can unlock paid features.
This may include:
- Subscription status
- Purchase status
- Renewal status
- Trial status
- Product ID
- Expiration date
- Transaction confirmation
- Refund or cancellation status
Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment methods, payment disputes, free trials, introductory offers, and billing problems are managed by Apple or Google according to their own rules and policies.
Deleting ANKrD, deleting your account data, deleting local data, or signing out does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
11. Notifications and Reminders
ANKrD may allow you to set reminders or receive notifications.
Notifications may include purchase pause reminders, wishlist reminders, wait-before-buying reminders, reflection reminders, subscription notices, account notices, or other app-related messages.
Notification content may appear on your device lock screen depending on your device settings.
You are responsible for managing notification permissions and lock screen privacy settings on your device.
You can disable notifications through your device settings or app settings where available.
12. Shopping, Store, and Third-Party Links
ANKrD may allow you to save, open, or interact with product links, store links, affiliate-style links, website links, or other third-party links.
If you tap a third-party link, visit a store, make a purchase, subscribe to a service, create an account, communicate with a merchant, or share information with a third party, that interaction is between you and the third party.
Third-party stores, websites, apps, merchants, payment processors, and platforms may collect, use, store, sell, disclose, or share your information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for third-party stores, websites, products, prices, availability, shipping, returns, refunds, subscriptions, charges, disputes, privacy practices, or data collection.
13. Ads and Third-Party Advertising
ANKrD is designed as a behavior and shopping pause app and may not always include ads.
If ANKrD shows ads in the future, ads may be provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob or other providers.
Ads may collect or use information according to the ad provider's own privacy policies and settings.
We do not control the specific ads shown, the products or services advertised, or the websites, apps, services, offers, subscriptions, purchases, or pages that ads may link to.
If you tap an ad, download another app, make a purchase, subscribe to another service, sign up for an account, communicate with an advertiser, or share information with a third party, that interaction is between you and the third party.
Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for third-party ads, advertisers, ad links, third-party purchases, third-party subscriptions, or third-party privacy practices.
14. Analytics and Crash Reporting
ANKrD may use analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand app performance, fix bugs, improve usability, and detect issues.
Analytics and crash data may include device information, app version, feature usage, error logs, crash reports, performance data, and general location such as country or region.
We do not use analytics to read private purchase notes, private wishlist items, private emotional spending reflections, or private AI conversations.

- Provide ANKrD features
- Save purchase notes, wishlist items, reminders, reflections, settings, and preferences
- Support account features
- Support optional syncing or backup features
- Support AI-assisted features

ANKrD may depend on third-party services, including Apple, Google, Facebook / Meta, Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, purchase processors, analytics providers, crash-reporting providers, hosting providers, authentication providers, app stores, notification providers, AI providers, email providers, and other service providers.
These providers may process information for app operation, login, storage, AI features, analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions, payments, notifications, security, email delivery, or customer support.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages, data practices, policies, errors, billing issues, account issues, login issues, refund issues, platform changes, service changes, security events, AI output, or decisions made by those third parties.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules.
17. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers who help us operate ANKrD.

Some information may be deleted sooner if you delete it in the app or request deletion.
Some data may remain in backups or logs for a limited time.
Some data may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, payment, dispute, backup, or platform compliance reasons.
Local-only data stored on your device may remain on your device until you delete it, clear app data, reset your device, or uninstall the app.

Deleting ANKrD account data does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Local-only or guest data may be stored only on your device. We may not be able to recover, transfer, restore, or delete local-only data from our servers because we may not store it in our database.
Some data may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, payment, dispute, backup, or platform compliance reasons.
20. Security
We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures to help protect information.
However, no app, database, network, device, AI service, or online service is completely secure.
We do not guarantee that ANKrD will be free from unauthorized access, data loss, bugs, errors, breaches, service interruptions, or security issues.
You are responsible for keeping your device, account, login provider, password, notifications, and device lock screen secure.
You should not share your account login information with anyone you do not trust.
21. Your Choices
Depending on the features available, you may be able to:
- Use some features without creating an account
- Edit or delete certain purchase notes
- Edit or delete certain wishlist items
- Edit or delete certain reflections
- Turn notifications on or off
- Change app settings
- Sign out of your account
- Request account data deletion
- Manage subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play
- Control camera, photo, notification, and other device permissions through your device settings
Some features may not work if you disable permissions, delete data, turn off notifications, or refuse certain access.
22. Device Permissions
ANKrD may request device permissions depending on the features you use.
These may include:
- Notifications, for purchase pause reminders, reflection reminders, account notices, and app alerts
- Camera, if product photo, receipt photo, screenshot, or upload features are available
- Photos or media library, if uploading images is available
- Contacts, only if invite or sharing features are available and you choose to use them
You can manage permissions through your device settings.
If you deny permissions, some features may not work.
23. International Users
ANKrD is operated by Celestial Works LLC in the United States.
If you use ANKrD outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
Privacy laws in those locations may be different from the laws in your location.
By using ANKrD, you understand that your information may be transferred, stored, or processed outside your location where allowed by law.

If we make changes, we will update the effective date and make the latest version available in the app or on our website.
