Enora is created and operated by Celestial Works LLC.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, used, stored, shared, or deleted when you download, access, or use Enora.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Enora, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, do not use Enora.

1. About Enora

Enora is a mobile wellness and community app designed for mothers and postpartum support.

Enora may include wellness check-ins, mood tracking, journaling, AI-assisted chat, educational content, meditation, basic stretching or movement content, community discussions, Q&A spaces, group-style channels, private or semi-private messaging, matching or connection features, faith-based support, professional support options, therapist or counselor connections, priest or faith leader connections, subscriptions, purchases, paywalls, premium features, settings, and other app features.

Enora is designed to help users organize thoughts, reflect on emotions, connect with others, and access general wellness support.

Enora is not an emergency service, crisis service, medical provider, mental health provider, therapist, doctor, religious institution, legal advisor, or professional care service.

You are responsible for deciding what information you enter into Enora and how you use that information.

2. Information You Provide

Enora may collect information you choose to enter into the app.

This may include:

  • Name or display name
  • Email address
  • Account login information
  • Username
  • Profile information
  • Age range or date of birth
  • Pregnancy or postpartum stage, if you choose to provide it
  • General motherhood or family status, if you choose to provide it
  • Wellness check-ins
  • Mood entries
  • Journal entries
  • Reflection notes
  • Chat messages
  • AI chat messages
  • Community posts
  • Replies and comments
  • Group or channel activity
  • Private messages or direct messages
  • Matching or connection preferences
  • Faith or support preferences, if you choose to provide them
  • Professional support preferences, if you choose to provide them
  • Meditation or content activity
  • Stretching or movement content activity
  • Saved content

You should only enter information that you are comfortable storing in the app.

3. Sensitive Information

Enora may allow you to enter sensitive personal information.

This may include information related to mood, emotions, stress, anxiety, depression, postpartum experiences, pregnancy, motherhood, relationships, faith, personal struggles, wellness goals, mental health-related reflections, or other private life experiences.

You control what you choose to share in Enora.

Do not enter sensitive information unless you are comfortable storing it in Enora.

Do not post or share sensitive information in community spaces, groups, channels, comments, messages, or matching features unless you are comfortable with other users seeing or receiving it.

Enora does not require you to share medical details, mental health diagnoses, religious beliefs, relationship details, trauma history, or other sensitive information to use the app unless a specific feature needs certain information to work.

4. Health, Mental Health, and Wellness Information

Enora may allow you to record wellness check-ins, mood entries, journal notes, personal reflections, postpartum experiences, stress levels, emotional concerns, or other wellness-related information.

This information is only as accurate as what you enter.

Enora does not verify, diagnose, review, or confirm health or mental health information.

Enora does not provide medical advice, mental health diagnosis, therapy, psychiatric care, crisis counseling, medication guidance, emergency help, or professional treatment.

Enora does not replace a doctor, therapist, psychiatrist, counselor, nurse, emergency service, crisis hotline, clergy member, or licensed professional.

For medical emergencies, mental health emergencies, thoughts of self-harm, thoughts of harming others, severe depression, crisis situations, abuse, danger, urgent health concerns, or safety concerns, contact emergency services, a crisis hotline, or a qualified professional immediately.

Do not use Enora for emergencies.

5. Crisis and Emergency Safety

Enora is not a crisis response tool.

Enora does not monitor all content in real time.

Enora does not guarantee that we will detect, review, escalate, or respond to crisis messages, self-harm messages, abuse reports, emergency posts, dangerous content, or urgent situations.

If you are in immediate danger or may hurt yourself or someone else, call emergency services or contact a crisis support service in your location.

If you believe another person is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or appropriate local authorities.

Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for missed crisis signals, delayed responses, user posts, user messages, AI responses, community replies, professional availability, or emergency outcomes.

6. Account and Sign-In Information

Enora may allow you to sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook, email, or other supported login providers.

If account features are available, we may collect or receive information needed to create, manage, secure, or support your account.

This may include:

  • Email address
  • Name or display name
  • Username
  • Login provider ID
  • Authentication token or account identifier
  • Account creation date
  • Account settings
  • Subscription or entitlement status
  • Device or app session information needed for login and security

We do not receive or store your Apple, Google, or Facebook password.

Your use of third-party login providers may also be subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

7. Profile Information

Enora may allow you to create a profile.

Your profile may include a display name, username, photo or avatar, bio, motherhood stage, general interests, community preferences, faith support preferences, wellness goals, location preferences, or other information you choose to provide.

Some profile information may be visible to other users depending on your settings and the features you use.

You are responsible for deciding what information to include in your profile.

Do not include private, sensitive, medical, mental health, family, contact, location, or identity information in your profile unless you are comfortable with other users seeing it.

8. Community Features

Enora may include community spaces, discussion boards, Q&A areas, group channels, topic channels, comments, replies, reactions, posts, or other community features.

Community features may work like a forum, group chat, discussion space, or channel-based community.

Information you post in community areas may be visible to other users.

Other users may copy, screenshot, save, quote, share, or misuse information you choose to post.

We cannot control what other users do with information you choose to share.

You are responsible for the content you post and the information you disclose in community spaces.

Do not post information that you want to keep private.

9. Private Messages and Direct Messages

Enora may allow private messages, direct messages, group messages, support chats, or other communication features between users.

Private messages are intended to be more limited than public community posts, but they are not guaranteed to be completely private.

Recipients may copy, screenshot, save, forward, report, or share messages outside Enora.

We may access, review, retain, or disclose messages where needed for safety, moderation, abuse prevention, legal compliance, support, security, or enforcement of our Terms of Use.

Do not send private, sensitive, medical, mental health, financial, legal, family, contact, location, or identity information through messages unless you are comfortable sharing it with the recipient.

10. Matching and Connection Features

Enora may include matching, friend discovery, peer connection, buddy matching, mother-to-mother connection, interest-based matching, location-based matching, faith-based matching, stage-based matching, or other connection features.

Matching features may use information you provide, such as profile details, motherhood stage, interests, support preferences, location preferences, activity, community participation, or other app information.

Matching results are not guarantees of compatibility, safety, friendship, support quality, professional care, or user behavior.

You are responsible for deciding whether to connect, message, meet, share information, or continue communicating with another user.

Do not share private contact information, home address, workplace, child's school, child's location, financial information, medical information, or other sensitive details unless you trust the person and understand the risk.

If you choose to meet another user outside Enora, you are responsible for your own safety.

Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for user interactions, offline meetings, relationship outcomes, disputes, harassment, misrepresentation, fraud, harm, or conduct between users.

11. Professional Support Features

Enora may include features that help users discover, request, contact, chat with, book, or connect with professionals or support providers.

These may include therapists, counselors, coaches, faith leaders, priests, clergy members, spiritual advisors, wellness providers, postpartum specialists, or other third-party support providers.

Professional support features may require you to provide information such as your name, email address, support preferences, appointment request, availability, message content, or other information needed to provide the feature.

Professionals or support providers may have their own privacy practices, confidentiality rules, professional obligations, terms, policies, fees, availability, licensing requirements, and communication methods.

Celestial Works LLC does not guarantee that any professional or support provider is available, licensed in your location, qualified for your needs, appropriate for your situation, safe, accurate, responsive, or effective.

If you communicate with a professional or support provider through or outside Enora, that interaction may be subject to their own privacy policy, terms, consent forms, professional rules, and legal obligations.

Enora does not replace professional medical care, mental health care, emergency care, religious counseling, therapy, or legal advice.

12. Faith-Based Support Features

Enora may include faith-based support features, including faith reflection content, faith community spaces, prayer-related content, spiritual support, or connection to priests, clergy members, faith leaders, or spiritual advisors.

Faith-based features are optional where available.

If you choose to use faith-based features, you may share information related to your beliefs, questions, prayer requests, emotional concerns, personal struggles, family life, or support preferences.

You are responsible for deciding what faith-related or personal information you share.

Celestial Works LLC is not a church, religious institution, clergy provider, spiritual authority, or religious counseling service.

Faith-based content and support are not a replacement for medical care, mental health care, emergency services, therapy, legal advice, or professional treatment.

13. AI Features

Enora may include optional AI-assisted features.

AI features may help with journaling, reflection prompts, emotional check-ins, general wellness information, summarizing thoughts, organizing notes, suggesting questions, or providing general supportive conversation.

If AI features are available, information you submit to those features may be processed by AI service providers to generate a response.

This may include journal entries, mood entries, chat messages, profile context, wellness check-ins, or other information you choose to submit.

You should not submit information to AI features unless you are comfortable with that information being processed to provide the feature.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inappropriate, emotionally unhelpful, or unsafe for your situation.

AI features do not provide medical advice, mental health diagnosis, therapy, crisis support, emergency help, legal advice, religious counseling, or professional care.

Always review AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it.

Do not rely on AI-generated content for emergencies, medical decisions, mental health decisions, medication decisions, relationship decisions, safety decisions, legal decisions, faith decisions, or professional care.

14. User Content

You may enter, upload, save, post, publish, send, or share content in Enora.

User content may include journal entries, mood notes, community posts, comments, replies, messages, profile information, photos, reflections, questions, reports, feedback, or other content.

You keep ownership of the content you enter into Enora.

You give Celestial Works LLC permission to store, process, display, transmit, back up, moderate, and use your content as needed to provide, operate, secure, support, improve, and maintain Enora and its features.

If you post or share content in community or public features, you give Celestial Works LLC permission to display and make that content available through Enora and related features.

You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have the right to enter, upload, save, post, publish, send, or share it.

15. Photos, Avatars, and Uploaded Content

Enora may allow you to add photos, avatars, screenshots, documents, images, or attachments to profiles, posts, messages, journals, or other features.

Photos and uploads may include metadata or visual details that reveal location, time, surroundings, people, children, homes, schools, landmarks, license plates, addresses, or other private information.

You are responsible for the content you choose to upload, attach, save, post, send, or share.

Do not upload information you do not have permission to store or share.

Do not upload photos of children, other people, private locations, medical documents, therapy documents, legal documents, religious confessions, or other sensitive information unless you are comfortable storing or sharing that content and have permission where needed.

16. Moderation, Reports, and Safety Reviews

Enora may include moderation tools, reporting tools, blocking tools, account restrictions, content filters, or safety review features.

We may collect and review reports, posts, messages, profile information, account activity, device signals, and other information where needed to enforce our Terms of Use, protect users, investigate abuse, improve safety, respond to support requests, or comply with law.

We may remove content, limit distribution, restrict features, suspend accounts, delete accounts, block users, or report serious issues where required or permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that all harmful, inaccurate, offensive, abusive, unsafe, misleading, or inappropriate content will be detected or removed.

We do not guarantee that moderation actions will happen immediately or resolve every issue.

17. Blocking and Reporting Users

Enora may allow you to block, report, mute, hide, or limit interactions with other users.

Reports may include message content, posts, usernames, profile information, screenshots, descriptions, and other information needed to review the issue.

Blocking or reporting a user may not remove all prior interactions, screenshots, copied content, notifications, or information already seen by that user.

We may review reported content and related account information for safety, support, moderation, security, or legal reasons.

18. Guest Use and Local Data

Enora may allow you to use some features without creating an account.

Some guest or local-only information may be stored only on your device.

Local-only information may not be backed up to our servers unless you later use an account feature, sync feature, cloud backup feature, community feature, messaging feature, AI feature, professional support feature, or other feature that stores data online.

This means:

  • If you delete the app, local-only data may be lost.
  • If you switch phones or devices, local-only data may not transfer.
  • If your phone is lost, reset, damaged, replaced, or wiped, local-only data may be lost.
  • If your device storage is cleared, local-only data may be lost.
  • We may not be able to recover local-only data because we may not store it on our servers.

You are responsible for understanding the risk of using local-only or guest features.

19. Information Collected Automatically

When you use Enora, some information may be collected automatically by the app, your device, app stores, or service providers.

This may include:

  • Device type
  • Operating system
  • App version
  • Language settings
  • Country or region
  • General usage events
  • Feature usage
  • Community activity signals
  • Messaging activity signals
  • Matching activity signals
  • Moderation and safety signals
  • Crash logs
  • Error reports

  • Subscription status
  • Purchase entitlement status

  • Security or fraud prevention signals

We use this information to operate, improve, secure, debug, moderate, and support Enora.

20. Purchases and Subscriptions

Enora may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, premium tools, professional support features, meditation content, community features, matching features, faith-based support features, paywalls, or other paid benefits.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the platform where you downloaded the app, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Celestial Works LLC does not process your payment directly and does not receive or store your full credit card number, debit card number, bank account information, payment account password, or complete payment details.

We may receive limited purchase or subscription information from Apple, Google, or service providers so the app can unlock paid features.

This may include:

  • Subscription status
  • Purchase status
  • Renewal status
  • Trial status
  • Product ID
  • Expiration date
  • Transaction confirmation
  • Refund or cancellation status

Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment methods, payment disputes, free trials, introductory offers, and billing problems are managed by Apple or Google according to their own rules and policies.

Deleting Enora, deleting your account data, deleting local data, or signing out does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

21. Notifications

Enora may allow you to receive notifications.

Notifications may include wellness reminders, journal reminders, meditation reminders, community replies, direct messages, matching updates, professional support messages, faith support messages, account notices, safety notices, subscription notices, or other app-related messages.

Notification content may appear on your device lock screen depending on your device settings.

You are responsible for managing notification permissions and lock screen privacy settings on your device.

You can disable notifications through your device settings or app settings where available.

22. Location Information

Enora may request or use location information if location-based matching, local community features, nearby support, professional discovery, safety settings, region settings, or personalization features are available.

Location information may include:

  • Approximate location
  • Precise location, if you allow it
  • City, state, region, or country
  • Location preferences
  • Search locations
  • Profile or matching location settings

You can manage location permissions through your device settings.

If you disable location access, some matching, local community, nearby support, or location-based features may not work.

Do not share your home address, child's school, workplace, exact location, or other sensitive location details with other users unless you understand the risk.

23. Contacts

Enora may request access to your contacts only if contact discovery, friend invite, sharing, or connection features are available and you choose to use them.

You can deny or disable contacts access through your device settings.

If you disable contacts access, contact-based discovery or invite features may not work.

Do not upload or share another person's contact information unless you have permission.

24. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Save journal entries, mood entries, check-ins, messages, posts, settings, and preferences
  • Support account features
  • Support community features
  • Support messaging features
  • Support matching and connection features
  • Support professional support features

  • Support optional syncing or backup features
  • Provide paid features or subscription access
  • Send app-related messages or service notices
  • Respond to support requests
  • Improve app design, performance, safety, and reliability
  • Moderate content and user behavior
  • Investigate reports, abuse, misuse, or safety issues
  • Fix bugs and crashes
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, misuse, unauthorized access, or harmful behavior
  • Enforce our Terms of Use
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, or platform requirements

We do not use your journal entries, mood entries, private messages, or community posts to provide medical diagnosis, therapy, crisis support, or professional treatment.

25. Third-Party Services

Enora may depend on third-party services, including Apple, Google, Facebook / Meta, Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, purchase processors, analytics providers, crash-reporting providers, hosting providers, authentication providers, app stores, notification providers, AI providers, moderation providers, email providers, professional booking providers, communication providers, and other service providers.

These providers may process information for app operation, login, storage, AI features, analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions, payments, notifications, messaging, moderation, safety, professional support, email delivery, or customer support.

We are not responsible for third-party service outages, data practices, policies, errors, billing issues, account issues, login issues, refund issues, platform changes, service changes, security events, AI output, professional availability, professional conduct, or decisions made by those third parties.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules.

26. Professional and Third-Party Provider Privacy

If Enora connects you with professionals, faith leaders, therapists, counselors, coaches, wellness providers, or other third-party support providers, those providers may collect, use, store, or share information according to their own privacy policies, consent forms, professional obligations, and legal requirements.

Celestial Works LLC does not control all privacy practices of third-party professionals or support providers.

Before sharing sensitive information with any professional or support provider, you should review their privacy practices, qualifications, policies, and consent terms.

27. Ads and Third-Party Advertising

Enora is designed as a wellness and community app and may not always include ads.

If Enora shows ads in the future, ads may be provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob or other providers.

Ads may collect or use information according to the ad provider's own privacy policies and settings.

We do not control the specific ads shown, the products or services advertised, or the websites, apps, services, offers, subscriptions, purchases, or pages that ads may link to.

If you tap an ad, download another app, make a purchase, subscribe to another service, sign up for an account, communicate with an advertiser, or share information with a third party, that interaction is between you and the third party.

Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for third-party ads, advertisers, ad links, third-party purchases, third-party subscriptions, or third-party privacy practices.

28. Analytics and Crash Reporting

Enora may use analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand app performance, fix bugs, improve usability, improve safety, and detect issues.

Analytics and crash data may include device information, app version, feature usage, error logs, crash reports, performance data, and general location such as country or region.

We do not use analytics to read private journal entries, private messages, private AI conversations, or private support conversations.

29. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers who help us operate Enora.

This may include providers for:

  • App hosting
  • Database storage
  • Authentication
  • Account management
  • Subscriptions and purchases
  • AI processing
  • Community features
  • Messaging features

Other users may copy, screenshot, save, share, quote, misuse, or distribute information you make visible.

We cannot control what other users do with information you choose to share.

You are responsible for reviewing your content before posting, sending, publishing, or sharing it.

31. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide Enora, support your account, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, moderate content, protect users, and operate our business.

Some information may be deleted sooner if you delete it in the app or request deletion.

Some data may remain in backups or logs for a limited time.

Some data may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, payment, dispute, backup, safety, moderation, abuse-prevention, or platform compliance reasons.

Local-only data stored on your device may remain on your device until you delete it, clear app data, reset your device, or uninstall the app.

Community posts, messages, reports, or moderation records may be retained where needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of our Terms of Use.

32. Data Deletion

If account features are available, you may request deletion of your Enora account data by contacting:

We may need to verify your request before deleting account data.

Deleting Enora account data does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Local-only or guest data may be stored only on your device. We may not be able to recover, transfer, restore, or delete local-only data from our servers because we may not store it in our database.

Some data may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, payment, dispute, backup, safety, moderation, abuse-prevention, professional support records, or platform compliance reasons.

33. Security

We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures to help protect information.

However, no app, database, network, device, message system, community platform, AI service, or online service is completely secure.

We do not guarantee that Enora will be free from unauthorized access, data loss, bugs, errors, breaches, service interruptions, message exposure, moderation failures, or security issues.

You are responsible for keeping your device, account, login provider, password, notifications, and device lock screen secure.

You should not share your account login information with anyone you do not trust.

34. Your Choices

Depending on the features available, you may be able to:

  • Use some features without creating an account
  • Edit or delete certain journal entries
  • Edit or delete certain posts
  • Delete certain messages where features allow
  • Block or report users
  • Adjust community or matching settings
  • Turn notifications on or off
  • Change app settings
  • Sign out of your account
  • Request account data deletion
  • Manage subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Control camera, photo, notification, contact, and location permissions through your device settings

Some features may not work if you disable permissions, delete data, turn off notifications, or refuse certain access.

35. Device Permissions

Enora may request device permissions depending on the features you use.

These may include:

  • Notifications, for reminders, replies, messages, matching updates, support messages, and app alerts
  • Camera, if profile photo, upload, chat, or community image features are available
  • Photos or media library, if uploading images is available
  • Contacts, if friend discovery, invites, or connection features are available
  • Location, if nearby support, matching, local community, or region-based features are available
  • Microphone, if voice notes, audio journaling, or voice chat features are available

You can manage permissions through your device settings.

If you deny permissions, some features may not work.

36. International Users

Enora is operated by Celestial Works LLC in the United States.

If you use Enora outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

Privacy laws in those locations may be different from the laws in your location.

By using Enora, you understand that your information may be transferred, stored, or processed outside your location where allowed by law.

37. California and Other Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your personal information is used.

Parents or guardians may contact us to request deletion of personal information that may have been provided directly by a child under 13.

We do not sell your private journal entries, private mood entries, private AI conversations, private messages, private support conversations, or private app content.

We do not sell children's personal information.

40. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make changes, we will update the effective date and make the latest version available in the app or on our website.

Your continued use of Enora after the updated Privacy Policy is posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
