Little Sort Privacy Policy

Little Sort is created by Celestial Works LLC.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, used, stored, or shared when you use Little Sort.

By using Little Sort, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Information We Collect

Little Sort may collect limited information needed to operate the app, support gameplay, manage accounts, support purchases, show ads, prevent abuse, improve performance, and fix bugs.

This may include:

• Gameplay progress, such as levels completed, stars, rewards, streaks, power-ups, unlocked content, and game mode progress
• App settings, such as sound, music, haptics, theme, display preferences, and tutorial state
• Account information, if you sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook
• Purchase, subscription, entitlement, restore, or paywall status
• Promo code redemption information, if promo codes are used
• Ad interaction data, if ads are shown in the app
• Basic device and app information, such as device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data
• Security or abuse-prevention information, such as information used to detect fraud, invalid activity, misuse, or unauthorized access

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, precise financial account numbers, health information, or biometric information.

2. Guest Play

You may play Little Sort as a guest.

If you play as a guest, your gameplay progress is stored locally on your device and is not connected to an online account.

Guest progress is not saved to our database unless you later use an account-based feature that supports syncing or cloud backup.

This means:

• If you delete the app, your guest progress may be lost.
• If you switch phones or devices, your guest progress will not transfer automatically.
• If your phone is lost, reset, damaged, replaced, or wiped, we cannot recover guest progress.
• If your local device storage is cleared, your guest progress may be lost.
• We cannot manually restore guest-only progress because we do not store guest-only progress on our servers.

Because guest progress is stored only on your device, Celestial Works LLC does not have access to delete, recover, transfer, or restore guest-only progress from our servers.

3. Accounts and Sign-In

Little Sort may allow users to sign in with third-party login providers, including Apple, Google, or Facebook.

If you sign in, the provider may share basic account information needed to create, authenticate, or manage your app account. This may include your email address, provider account ID, authentication token, or other basic profile information depending on the provider and your permissions.

Signing in does not automatically unlock paid features, Pro features, ad-free access, subscriptions, or premium content.

Account login is used only to support account-related features, such as sign-in, account recovery, progress sync if enabled, and data deletion requests.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions, Paywall, and Entitlements

Little Sort may offer optional paid features, including subscriptions, ad-free access, Pro features, extra modes, themes, power-ups, rewards, or other premium content.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the platform where you downloaded the app, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.

Celestial Works LLC does not process your payment directly and does not receive or store your full credit card number, debit card number, bank account information, or payment account password.

Apple or Google may collect and process payment information according to their own terms, payment rules, refund rules, and privacy policies.

Little Sort may store limited purchase, subscription, restore, or entitlement status so the app knows whether you have access to paid features.

Deleting the app, deleting local app data, signing out, deleting your Little Sort account data, or deleting guest progress does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

5. Ads

Little Sort may show ads, including interstitial ads, rewarded ads, banner ads, or other ad formats.

Ads may be provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob.

Ad networks may collect or receive information from your device or app activity to show, measure, limit, personalize, or improve ads according to their own privacy policies and your device settings.

This may include advertising identifiers, device information, app interaction information, approximate location, ad views, ad clicks, and other information used for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, or frequency capping.

You may be able to limit ad tracking or personalized ads through your device settings.

If you purchase ad-free access or Pro features, ads may be removed or reduced depending on the purchase terms shown in the app. Some ads, messages, or promotional placements may still appear if they are part of app functionality, legal notices, reward systems, or account communication.

6. Ads and Third-Party Links

We do not control the specific ads shown, the products or services advertised, or the websites, apps, services, offers, or pages that ads may link to.

If you tap an ad, download another app, make a purchase, subscribe to another service, sign up for an account, communicate with an advertiser, or share information with a third party, that interaction is between you and the third party.

Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for:

• The content of third-party ads
• Products, services, apps, websites, subscriptions, or offers shown in ads
• Purchases, downloads, subscriptions, charges, refunds, cancellations, or disputes related to ads
• Information you choose to share with advertisers or third-party services
• How third-party advertisers collect, use, store, sell, disclose, or share your information
• Any issue, loss, damage, charge, subscription, dispute, or claim related to a third-party ad, advertiser, website, app, or service

You should review the privacy policy and terms of any third-party service before sharing information, downloading apps, signing up, subscribing, or making purchases.

7. Analytics, Crash Reporting, and Diagnostics

Little Sort may collect basic app performance, crash, diagnostic, and analytics information to help us understand how the app is working, find bugs, improve stability, prevent abuse, and improve gameplay.

This may include device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, performance data, screen flow, game events, error messages, and technical diagnostics.

We use this information to operate, protect, debug, and improve Little Sort.

8. Data Storage and Backend Providers

Some gameplay data is stored locally on your device.

If account sync, cloud save, account login, promo codes, subscription status, or backend features are enabled, some account-related data may be stored securely with our backend providers.

Little Sort may use backend, authentication, database, storage, analytics, purchase, advertising, or crash-reporting providers to operate the app.

These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and service terms.

9. Data Sharing

We may share limited information with service providers only as needed to operate, improve, protect, monetize, or support Little Sort.

This may include sharing information with providers for:

• Authentication
• Backend storage
• Purchase and subscription validation
• Ads
• Analytics
• Crash reporting
• Fraud prevention
• Security
• Customer support
• Legal or compliance requirements

We do not sell your personal information directly to data brokers.

Third-party ad networks and advertisers may process information according to their own privacy policies and your device settings.

10. Data Deletion

In your request, please include:

• The email address used to sign in to Little Sort
• The login provider you used, such as Apple, Google, or Facebook
• A short note saying you want your Little Sort account data deleted

When we process a deletion request, we may delete or anonymize account-related data associated with your Little Sort account, where reasonably possible.

This may include:

• Account records
• Login provider connection data
• Saved game progress connected to your account, if any
• Promo code redemption records connected to your account, if any
• Backend records connected to your account, if any

Some data may remain if we are required or permitted to keep it for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, payment, platform compliance, dispute resolution, or backup reasons.

If you only play as a guest, your progress is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to recover or delete guest-only progress from our servers.

Deleting Little Sort account data does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings.

11. Children's Privacy

Little Sort is a general audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at celestialworksapps@gmail.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.

If a parent or guardian allows a child to use Little Sort, the parent or guardian is responsible for supervising the child's use of the app, purchases, ads, and device settings.

12. Third-Party Services

Little Sort may use third-party services to operate the app, including services for authentication, purchases, subscriptions, analytics, crash reporting, backend storage, cloud services, fraud prevention, and app distribution.

Third-party services used by Little Sort may include:

• Crash reporting or analytics providers, if enabled

These third-party services may collect, process, store, or share information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect information connected to Little Sort.

However, no app, website, network, database, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You use Little Sort at your own risk.

14. International Users

If you use Little Sort outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Data protection laws may differ from the laws in your location.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make changes, we will update the effective date and make the latest version available in the app or on our website.

Your continued use of Little Sort after the updated policy is posted means you accept the updated policy.
