This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, used, stored, shared, or deleted when you download, access, or use Pipli.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Pipli, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, do not use Pipli.
1. About Pipli
Pipli is a mobile parent utility app that may include tools for family care notes, child care tracking, sick logs, medicine notes, pediatrician visit prep, daycare incident tracking, grandparent care notes, nanny hours tracking, birthday RSVP tracking, school snack safety lists, reminders, notes, account features, purchases, subscriptions, paywalls, premium features, settings, and other app features.
Pipli is designed to help parents and caregivers organize personal family information.
Pipli is not a medical provider, emergency service, childcare provider, legal advisor, or professional care service.
You are responsible for deciding what information you enter into Pipli and how you use that information.
2. Information You Provide
Pipli may collect information you choose to enter into the app.
This may include:
- Parent or caregiver name
- Email address
- Account login information
- Child name or nickname
- Child age, birthday, or general age range
- Care notes
- Sick notes
- Symptoms you choose to record
- Medicine names, dosage notes, timing notes, or medication reminders
- Pediatrician visit notes or questions
- Daycare incident notes
- Nanny or caregiver notes
- Nanny hour notes or time tracking entries
- Grandparent care notes
- Birthday party RSVP information
- School snack safety notes
- Allergy or food preference notes
- Reminder settings
- App preferences
- Feedback, support requests, or messages you send us
You should only enter information that you are comfortable storing in the app.
3. Child Information
Pipli may allow you to enter information about your child or children.
This information is entered by a parent, guardian, or caregiver for personal family organization.
Pipli is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for children to create accounts or use the app on their own.
Children should not submit personal information directly through Pipli.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the information they choose to enter about their children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
If we learn that a child under 13 provided personal information directly without parent or guardian permission, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
4. Sensitive Family and Health-Related Information
Pipli may allow you to enter sensitive family information or health-related notes, such as symptoms, medicine notes, doctor visit prep, allergy notes, school snack safety notes, or care instructions.
This information is only as accurate as what you enter.
Pipli does not verify, diagnose, review, or confirm medical information.
Pipli does not replace a doctor, pediatrician, nurse, pharmacist, emergency service, poison control center, childcare provider, or licensed professional.
Do not use Pipli for emergencies.
For medical emergencies, medication mistakes, allergic reactions, breathing problems, severe symptoms, urgent health concerns, or safety concerns, contact emergency services or a qualified medical professional.
5. Account and Sign-In Information
Pipli may allow you to sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook, email, or other supported login providers.
If account features are available, we may collect or receive information needed to create, manage, secure, or support your account.
This may include:
- Email address
- Name or display name
- Login provider ID
- Authentication token or account identifier
- Account creation date
- Account settings
- Subscription or entitlement status
- Device or app session information needed for login and security
We do not receive or store your Apple, Google, or Facebook password.
Your use of third-party login providers may also be subject to their own privacy policies and terms.
6. Guest Use and Local Data
Pipli may allow you to use some features without creating an account.
Some guest or local-only information may be stored only on your device.
Local-only information may not be backed up to our servers unless you later use an account feature, sync feature, cloud backup feature, or other feature that stores data online.
This means:
- If you delete the app, local-only data may be lost.
- If you switch phones or devices, local-only data may not transfer.
- If your phone is lost, reset, damaged, replaced, or wiped, local-only data may be lost.
- If your device storage is cleared, local-only data may be lost.
- We may not be able to recover local-only data because we may not store it on our servers.
You are responsible for understanding the risk of using local-only or guest features.
7. Information Collected Automatically
When you use Pipli, some information may be collected automatically by the app, your device, app stores, or service providers.
This may include:
- Device type
- Operating system
- App version
- Language settings
- Country or region
- General usage events
- Feature usage
- Crash logs
- Error reports
- Performance data
- Subscription status
- Purchase entitlement status
- Authentication events
- Security or fraud prevention signals
We use this information to operate, improve, secure, debug, and support Pipli.
8. Purchases and Subscriptions
Pipli may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, premium tools, paywalls, or other paid benefits.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the platform where you downloaded the app, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Celestial Works LLC does not process your payment directly and does not receive or store your full credit card number, debit card number, bank account information, payment account password, or complete payment details.
We may receive limited purchase or subscription information from Apple, Google, or service providers so the app can unlock paid features.
This may include:
- Subscription status
- Purchase status
- Renewal status
- Trial status
- Product ID
- Expiration date
- Transaction confirmation
- Refund or cancellation status
Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment methods, payment disputes, free trials, introductory offers, and billing problems are managed by Apple or Google according to their own rules and policies.
Deleting Pipli, deleting your account data, deleting local data, or signing out does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
9. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Provide Pipli features
- Save notes, logs, reminders, settings, and preferences
- Support account features
- Support optional syncing or backup features
- Provide paid features or subscription access
- Send app-related messages or service notices
- Respond to support requests
- Improve app design, performance, and reliability
- Fix bugs and crashes
- Protect against fraud, abuse, misuse, or unauthorized access
- Enforce our Terms of Use
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, or platform requirements
We do not use your family care notes to provide medical advice.
We do not use your child's information to diagnose, treat, or make professional care decisions.
10. Notifications and Reminders
Pipli may allow you to set reminders or receive notifications.
Notifications may include reminders related to care notes, medicine notes, appointments, party planning, nanny hours, or other app features.
Notification content may appear on your device lock screen depending on your device settings.
You are responsible for managing notification permissions and lock screen privacy settings on your device.
You can disable notifications through your device settings or app settings where available.
11. Photos, Attachments, or Uploaded Content
Pipli may allow you to add photos, screenshots, documents, images, or attachments to notes or records.
If you choose to upload or attach content, that content may be stored locally on your device or, if account or sync features are available, stored through our backend service providers.
You are responsible for the content you choose to upload or attach.
Do not upload information you do not have permission to store or share.
Do not upload sensitive information unless you are comfortable storing it in Pipli.
12. Sharing Features
Pipli may allow you to share notes, summaries, lists, reminders, or other information with caregivers, family members, pediatricians, schools, daycare providers, or other people.
You are responsible for choosing what you share and who you share it with.
If you share information outside Pipli, we cannot control what the recipient does with it.
Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for information you choose to copy, export, screenshot, message, email, print, or share with another person or service.
13. Third-Party Services
Pipli may depend on third-party services, including Apple, Google, Facebook / Meta, Supabase, purchase processors, analytics providers, crash-reporting providers, hosting providers, authentication providers, app stores, notification providers, and other service providers.
These providers may process information for app operation, login, storage, analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions, payments, notifications, security, or customer support.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages, data practices, policies, errors, billing issues, account issues, login issues, refund issues, platform changes, service changes, security events, or decisions made by those third parties.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules.
14. Ads and Third-Party Advertising
Pipli is designed as a parent utility app and may not always include ads.
If Pipli shows ads in the future, ads may be provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob or other providers.
Ads may collect or use information according to the ad provider's own privacy policies and settings.
We do not control the specific ads shown, the products or services advertised, or the websites, apps, services, offers, subscriptions, purchases, or pages that ads may link to.
If you tap an ad, download another app, make a purchase, subscribe to another service, sign up for an account, communicate with an advertiser, or share information with a third party, that interaction is between you and the third party.
Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for third-party ads, advertisers, ad links, third-party purchases, third-party subscriptions, or third-party privacy practices.
15. Analytics and Crash Reporting
Pipli may use analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand app performance, fix bugs, improve usability, and detect issues.
Analytics and crash data may include device information, app version, feature usage, error logs, crash reports, performance data, and general location such as country or region.
We do not use analytics to read private family notes, medicine notes, sick logs, or care notes.
16. AI Features
Pipli may include optional AI-assisted features in the future.
AI features may help organize notes, summarize information, prepare questions, format care instructions, or provide general informational support.
If AI features are available, information you submit to those features may be processed by AI service providers to generate a response.
You should not submit information to AI features unless you are comfortable with that information being processed to provide the feature.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your situation.
AI features do not provide medical, legal, childcare, emergency, therapeutic, or professional advice.
Always review AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it.
17. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers who help us operate Pipli.
This may include providers for:
- App hosting
- Database storage
- Authentication
- Account management
- Subscriptions and purchases
- Analytics
- Crash reporting
- Notifications
- Customer support
- Security
- Legal or compliance support
We may also share information if needed to:

- Respond to legal requests
- Protect our rights, users, app, business, or service providers

We do not sell your personal family notes, child care notes, sick logs, medication notes, or private app content.
18. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide Pipli, support your account, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, and operate our business.
Some information may be deleted sooner if you delete it in the app or request deletion.
Some data may remain in backups or logs for a limited time.
Some data may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, payment, dispute, backup, or platform compliance reasons.
Local-only data stored on your device may remain on your device until you delete it, clear app data, reset your device, or uninstall the app.

Deleting Pipli account data does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Local-only or guest data may be stored only on your device. We may not be able to recover, transfer, restore, or delete local-only data from our servers because we may not store it in our database.
20. Security
We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures to help protect information.
However, no app, database, network, device, or online service is completely secure.
We do not guarantee that Pipli will be free from unauthorized access, data loss, bugs, errors, breaches, service interruptions, or security issues.
You are responsible for keeping your device, account, login provider, password, and device lock screen secure.
You should not share your account login information with anyone you do not trust.
21. Your Choices
Depending on the features available, you may be able to:
- Use some features without creating an account
- Edit or delete notes in the app
- Turn notifications on or off
- Change app settings
- Sign out of your account
- Request account data deletion
- Manage subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play
- Control device permissions through your device settings
Some features may not work if you disable permissions, delete data, turn off notifications, or refuse certain access.
22. Device Permissions
Pipli may request device permissions depending on the features you use.

- Notifications, for reminders and alerts
- Camera, if photo or document attachment features are available
- Photos or media library, if uploading images is available
- Contacts, only if contact-sharing features are available and you choose to use them
You can manage permissions through your device settings.
If you deny permissions, some features may not work.

Pipli is operated by Celestial Works LLC in the United States.
If you use Pipli outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
Privacy laws in those locations may be different from the laws in your location.
By using Pipli, you understand that your information may be transferred, stored, or processed outside your location where allowed by law.
