Enora Terms of Use

Effective Date: June 15, 2026

Enora is created and operated by Celestial Works LLC.

These Terms of Use explain the rules for downloading, accessing, or using Enora. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Enora, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Enora.

1. About Enora

Enora is a mobile wellness and community app designed for mothers and postpartum support.

Enora may include wellness check-ins, mood tracking, journaling, AI-assisted chat, educational content, meditation, basic stretching or movement content, community discussions, Q&A spaces, group-style channels, private or semi-private messaging, matching or connection features, faith-based support, professional support options, therapist or counselor connections, priest or faith leader connections, subscriptions, purchases, paywalls, premium features, settings, and other app features.

Enora is provided for personal wellness, reflection, community, and general support purposes only.

Enora is not an emergency service, crisis service, medical provider, mental health provider, therapist, doctor, religious institution, legal advisor, childcare provider, or professional care service.

We may update, change, add, remove, pause, limit, disable, or discontinue any part of Enora at any time, including free features, paid features, AI features, community features, messaging features, matching features, professional support features, faith-based features, subscriptions, or backend services.

2. License to Use Enora

Celestial Works LLC gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Enora for personal, non-commercial wellness, reflection, community, and general support purposes.

You do not own Enora or any part of the app.

Enora, including its name, branding, logo, design, artwork, interface, templates, layouts, text, code, content, systems, features, community structure, matching systems, AI experience, and wellness tools, is owned by Celestial Works LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, hack, exploit, clone, resell, or commercially use Enora or its content without written permission from Celestial Works LLC.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

3. Personal Use

Enora is intended for personal wellness, reflection, support, and community use.

You may use Enora to track mood, journal, reflect, access general wellness content, use AI-assisted features, participate in community spaces, message other users, connect with other mothers, and explore professional or faith-based support features where available.

You may not use Enora as a professional medical system, therapy platform, crisis response system, emergency system, legal system, religious institution, professional counseling service, childcare service, dating service, business lead-generation system, or commercial community service without written permission from Celestial Works LLC.

You are responsible for deciding what information you enter, post, send, save, rely on, copy, export, screenshot, publish, message, print, or share.

4. Eligibility

Enora is intended for adults.

Enora is not directed to children under 13.

Children under 13 may not create accounts or use Enora.

If you are under the age required to use apps or online services in your location, you may use Enora only with permission from a parent or guardian, unless the app or law requires a higher age.

We may suspend, limit, disable, or delete accounts if we believe a user is underage, using false age information, creating safety risk, violating platform rules, or violating these Terms.

5. Accounts and Sign-In

Enora may allow you to sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook, email, or other supported login providers.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity connected to your account.

You agree not to:

  • Use another person's account
  • Impersonate another person
  • Provide false or misleading account information
  • Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
  • Abuse authentication systems
  • Interfere with account security or login systems
  • Share account access with people you do not trust

Signing in does not automatically unlock paid features, premium features, subscriptions, professional support features, faith-based support features, community features, matching features, or premium content.

We may suspend, limit, disable, or delete access to account features if we believe there is fraud, abuse, misuse, security risk, policy violation, platform violation, safety risk, privacy risk, or legal risk.

6. Purchases, Subscriptions, Paywalls, and Premium Features

Enora may offer optional paid features, including subscriptions, premium tools, professional support features, meditation content, community features, matching features, faith-based support features, paywalls, or other paid benefits.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the platform where you downloaded the app, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Celestial Works LLC does not process your payment directly and does not receive or store your full credit card number, debit card number, bank account information, payment account password, or complete payment details.

Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment methods, payment disputes, free trials, introductory offers, and billing problems are managed by Apple or Google according to their own rules and policies.

You are responsible for reviewing the price, billing period, renewal terms, trial terms, cancellation terms, and paywall details shown before purchasing or subscribing.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before the renewal date.

Deleting the app, deleting local app data, signing out, deleting your Enora account data, deleting local-only data, or uninstalling Enora does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

We may change, add, remove, rename, rebalance, limit, or discontinue paid features, free features, premium features, professional support features, faith-based features, AI features, community features, matching features, meditation content, or other content where allowed by law and platform rules.

7. Refunds

Refunds for purchases or subscriptions are handled by the platform that processed the purchase, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.

Celestial Works LLC does not control Apple or Google refund decisions.

If you want a refund, you must request it through the platform that processed your purchase.

We are not responsible for refund denials, billing disputes, subscription renewal issues, payment method issues, chargebacks, cancellation mistakes, or account issues controlled by Apple, Google, or another platform provider.

8. No Medical Advice

Enora may allow you to record wellness check-ins, mood entries, journal notes, personal reflections, postpartum experiences, stress levels, emotional concerns, or other wellness-related information.

Enora does not provide medical advice.

Enora does not diagnose, treat, prevent, cure, monitor, or manage any illness, mental health condition, postpartum condition, pregnancy condition, medication issue, emergency, or health concern.

Enora does not replace a doctor, therapist, psychiatrist, counselor, nurse, emergency service, crisis hotline, clergy member, or licensed professional.

Information in Enora is only as accurate as what you enter.

You are responsible for checking health information, mental health information, professional guidance, safety information, and personal decisions with qualified professionals before relying on it.

For medical emergencies, mental health emergencies, thoughts of self-harm, thoughts of harming others, severe depression, crisis situations, abuse, danger, urgent health concerns, or safety concerns, contact emergency services, a crisis hotline, or a qualified professional immediately.

Do not use Enora for emergencies.

9. No Mental Health Treatment or Therapy

Enora may provide wellness tools, journaling, reflection prompts, meditation content, community support, AI-assisted conversation, and access to optional professional support features.

Enora itself does not provide therapy, mental health treatment, psychiatric care, crisis counseling, diagnosis, medication guidance, or professional treatment.

Any content, community response, AI response, prompt, meditation, check-in, message, or app feature is for general support only.

You should not rely on Enora as your only source of support for mental health concerns, postpartum depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, relationship danger, self-harm, or crisis situations.

If you need professional help, contact a qualified professional.

If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services.

10. Crisis and Emergency Safety

Enora is not a crisis response tool.

Enora does not monitor all content in real time.

Enora does not guarantee that we will detect, review, escalate, or respond to crisis messages, self-harm messages, abuse reports, emergency posts, dangerous content, or urgent situations.

If you are in immediate danger or may hurt yourself or someone else, call emergency services or contact a crisis support service in your location.

If you believe another person is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or appropriate local authorities.

Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for missed crisis signals, delayed responses, user posts, user messages, AI responses, community replies, professional availability, professional conduct, moderation decisions, or emergency outcomes.

11. No Legal, Childcare, Religious, or Professional Advice

Enora may include community support, faith-based content, educational content, professional discovery, personal reflection tools, and general wellness information.

Enora does not provide legal advice, childcare advice, religious counseling, spiritual authority, financial advice, educational advice, medical advice, mental health treatment, emergency advice, or other professional advice.

You should not rely on Enora as a substitute for qualified professionals, emergency services, legal counsel, medical care, therapy, religious institutions, clergy guidance, or personal judgment.

You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to use any information, content, AI output, community response, professional message, faith-based content, or user advice.

12. AI Features

Enora may include optional AI-assisted features.

AI features may help with journaling, reflection prompts, emotional check-ins, general wellness information, summarizing thoughts, organizing notes, suggesting questions, or providing general supportive conversation.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inappropriate, emotionally unhelpful, biased, or unsafe for your situation.

AI features do not provide medical advice, mental health diagnosis, therapy, crisis support, emergency help, legal advice, religious counseling, childcare advice, or professional care.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and deciding whether to use or share any AI-generated content.

Do not rely on AI-generated content for emergencies, medical decisions, mental health decisions, medication decisions, relationship decisions, safety decisions, legal decisions, faith decisions, childcare decisions, or professional care.

We may change, limit, disable, remove, or discontinue AI features at any time.

13. Community Features

Enora may include community spaces, discussion boards, Q&A areas, group channels, topic channels, comments, replies, reactions, posts, or other community features.

Community features may work like a forum, group chat, discussion space, or channel-based community.

Information you post in community areas may be visible to other users.

Other users may copy, screenshot, save, quote, share, or misuse information you choose to post.

We cannot control what other users do with information you choose to share.

You are responsible for the content you post and the information you disclose in community spaces.

Do not post information that you want to keep private.

We may remove, hide, limit, moderate, or delete community content if we believe there is legal risk, safety risk, privacy risk, abuse, harassment, misinformation, spam, harmful behavior, or violation of these Terms.

14. Private Messages and Direct Messages

Enora may allow private messages, direct messages, group messages, support chats, or other communication features between users.

Private messages are intended to be more limited than public community posts, but they are not guaranteed to be completely private.

Recipients may copy, screenshot, save, forward, report, or share messages outside Enora.

We may access, review, retain, moderate, or disclose messages where needed for safety, moderation, abuse prevention, legal compliance, support, security, or enforcement of these Terms.

Do not send private, sensitive, medical, mental health, financial, legal, family, contact, location, identity, or emergency information through messages unless you are comfortable sharing it with the recipient.

Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for what other users do with messages, screenshots, copied text, contact information, or content you choose to send.

15. Matching and Connection Features

Enora may include matching, friend discovery, peer connection, buddy matching, mother-to-mother connection, interest-based matching, location-based matching, faith-based matching, stage-based matching, or other connection features.

Matching features are intended to help users discover possible connections.

Matching results are not guarantees of compatibility, safety, friendship, support quality, professional care, shared values, identity, or user behavior.

You are responsible for deciding whether to connect, message, meet, share information, or continue communicating with another user.

Do not share private contact information, home address, workplace, child's school, child's location, financial information, medical information, mental health information, family information, or other sensitive details unless you trust the person and understand the risk.

If you choose to meet another user outside Enora, you are responsible for your own safety.

Meet in public places, tell someone you trust, and use caution.

Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for user interactions, offline meetings, relationship outcomes, disputes, harassment, misrepresentation, fraud, harm, abuse, unsafe meetings, or conduct between users.

16. Professional Support Features

Enora may include features that help users discover, request, contact, chat with, book, or connect with professionals or support providers.

These may include therapists, counselors, coaches, faith leaders, priests, clergy members, spiritual advisors, wellness providers, postpartum specialists, or other third-party support providers.

Professional support features may be offered by third parties and may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, consent forms, fees, availability, licensing requirements, confidentiality rules, professional obligations, and communication methods.

Celestial Works LLC does not guarantee that any professional or support provider is available, licensed in your location, qualified for your needs, appropriate for your situation, safe, accurate, responsive, effective, or covered by insurance.

Celestial Works LLC does not control all statements, advice, services, actions, availability, pricing, credentials, licensing, or conduct of third-party professionals or support providers.

If you communicate with a professional or support provider through or outside Enora, that interaction may be subject to their own privacy policy, terms, consent forms, professional rules, and legal obligations.

Enora does not replace professional medical care, mental health care, emergency care, religious counseling, therapy, or legal advice.

17. Faith-Based Support Features

Enora may include faith-based support features, including faith reflection content, faith community spaces, prayer-related content, spiritual support, or connection to priests, clergy members, faith leaders, or spiritual advisors.

Faith-based features are optional where available.

Celestial Works LLC is not a church, religious institution, clergy provider, spiritual authority, religious counseling service, or faith authority.

Faith-based content and support are not guaranteed to match your beliefs, denomination, expectations, needs, or personal situation.

Faith-based content and support are not a replacement for medical care, mental health care, emergency services, therapy, legal advice, or professional treatment.

You are responsible for deciding what faith-related or personal information you share and whether any faith-based support is appropriate for you.

18. User Content

You may enter, upload, save, post, publish, send, or share content in Enora.

User content may include journal entries, mood notes, community posts, comments, replies, messages, profile information, photos, reflections, questions, reports, feedback, or other content.

You keep ownership of the content you enter into Enora.

You give Celestial Works LLC permission to store, process, display, transmit, back up, moderate, and use your content as needed to provide, operate, secure, support, improve, and maintain Enora and its features.

If you post or share content in community or public features, you give Celestial Works LLC permission to display, distribute, and make that content available through Enora and related app features.

You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have the right to enter, upload, save, post, publish, send, or share it.

We are not required to monitor, review, verify, correct, preserve, or publish user content.

We may remove, hide, limit, disable, or delete user content if we believe there is safety risk, privacy risk, legal risk, security risk, abuse, misinformation, harassment, harmful behavior, or violation of these Terms.

19. Photos, Avatars, and Uploaded Content

Enora may allow you to add photos, avatars, screenshots, documents, images, or attachments to profiles, posts, messages, journals, or other features.

You are responsible for the content you choose to upload, attach, save, post, send, or share.

Photos and uploads may include metadata or visual details that reveal location, time, surroundings, people, children, homes, schools, landmarks, license plates, addresses, or other private information.

You agree not to upload, attach, save, post, send, or share content that:

  • You do not have permission to use
  • Violates another person's privacy
  • Contains illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or harassing material
  • Contains malware, harmful code, spam, or attacks
  • Misrepresents medical, mental health, legal, religious, professional, or safety information
  • Reveals private information about children, other users, professionals, caregivers, family members, or third parties
  • Violates any law, platform rule, or third-party right

We may remove, limit, disable, or delete content or access if we believe there is legal risk, privacy risk, security risk, safety risk, misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

20. Moderation, Reports, and Safety Reviews

Enora may include moderation tools, reporting tools, blocking tools, account restrictions, content filters, or safety review features.

We may collect and review reports, posts, messages, profile information, account activity, device signals, and other information where needed to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate abuse, improve safety, respond to support requests, or comply with law.

We may remove content, limit distribution, restrict features, suspend accounts, delete accounts, block users, or report serious issues where required or permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that all harmful, inaccurate, offensive, abusive, unsafe, misleading, or inappropriate content will be detected or removed.

We do not guarantee that moderation actions will happen immediately or resolve every issue.

21. Blocking and Reporting Users

Enora may allow you to block, report, mute, hide, or limit interactions with other users.

Reports may include message content, posts, usernames, profile information, screenshots, descriptions, and other information needed to review the issue.

Blocking or reporting a user may not remove all prior interactions, screenshots, copied content, notifications, or information already seen by that user.

We may review reported content and related account information for safety, support, moderation, security, or legal reasons.

22. Guest Use and Local Data

Enora may allow you to use some features as a guest or without creating an account.

Guest or local-only information may be stored locally on your device and may not be connected to an online account.

Guest or local-only information may not be saved to our database unless you later use an account-based feature that supports syncing, cloud backup, account recovery, community features, messaging features, AI features, professional support features, or online storage.

This means:

  • If you delete the app, your local-only data may be lost.
  • If you switch phones or devices, your local-only data may not transfer.
  • If your phone is lost, reset, damaged, replaced, or wiped, local-only data may be lost.
  • If your local device storage is cleared, local-only data may be lost.
  • If the app is removed, reinstalled, or reset, local-only data may be lost.
  • We cannot manually restore local-only data if we do not store it on our servers.

You are responsible for understanding the risk of using guest or local-only features.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for lost journal entries, lost mood entries, lost check-ins, lost messages, lost posts, lost community activity, lost matches, lost professional support records, lost faith support records, lost settings, lost account data, or lost local data.

23. Notifications and Reminders

Enora may allow you to receive notifications or reminders.

Notifications may include wellness reminders, journal reminders, meditation reminders, community replies, direct messages, matching updates, professional support messages, faith support messages, account notices, safety notices, subscription notices, or other app-related messages.

Notifications may fail, delay, repeat, disappear, or not be delivered because of device settings, app settings, notification permissions, operating system behavior, battery settings, network issues, time zone issues, service outages, app bugs, or technical errors.

You should not rely on Enora notifications for emergencies, crisis situations, medical needs, mental health needs, professional appointments, safety concerns, abuse concerns, legal deadlines, or time-sensitive obligations.

You are responsible for managing notification permissions and lock screen privacy settings on your device.

Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for missed reminders, delayed notifications, incorrect reminder settings, lock screen privacy issues, or consequences related to notification failures.

24. Location, Contacts, Camera, Microphone, and Device Permissions

Enora may request device permissions depending on the features you use.

These may include:

  • Notifications, for reminders, replies, messages, matching updates, support messages, and app alerts
  • Camera, if profile photo, upload, chat, or community image features are available
  • Photos or media library, if uploading images is available
  • Contacts, if friend discovery, invites, or connection features are available
  • Location, if nearby support, matching, local community, or region-based features are available
  • Microphone, if voice notes, audio journaling, or voice chat features are available

You can manage permissions through your device settings.

If you deny permissions, some features may not work.

Do not upload or share another person's contact information unless you have permission.

Do not share your home address, child's school, workplace, exact location, or other sensitive location details with other users unless you understand the risk.

25. Ads and Third-Party Content

Enora is designed as a wellness and community app and may not always include ads.

If Enora shows ads in the future, ads may include rewarded ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, sponsor placements, or other ad formats.

Ads may be provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob.

We do not control the specific ads shown, the products or services advertised, or the websites, apps, services, offers, subscriptions, purchases, or pages that ads may link to.

If you tap an ad, download another app, make a purchase, subscribe to another service, sign up for an account, communicate with an advertiser, or share information with a third party, that interaction is between you and the third party.

Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for:

  • The content of third-party ads
  • Products, services, apps, websites, subscriptions, or offers shown in ads
  • Purchases, downloads, subscriptions, charges, refunds, cancellations, or disputes related to ads
  • Information you choose to share with advertisers or third-party services
  • How third-party advertisers collect, use, store, sell, disclose, or share your information
  • Any issue, loss, damage, charge, subscription, dispute, claim, or harm related to a third-party ad, advertiser, website, app, product, or service

You should review the privacy policy and terms of any third-party service before sharing information, downloading apps, signing up, subscribing, or making purchases.

26. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Enora for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, or fraudulent purposes
  • Use Enora as an emergency system, crisis service, medical system, therapy service, mental health treatment service, legal service, religious authority, childcare service, or professional care service
  • Harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, exploit, impersonate, shame, bully, dox, manipulate, or harm another user
  • Post or send hate, harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, abuse, self-harm encouragement, misinformation, spam, scams, or harmful content
  • Share another person's private information without permission
  • Misrepresent your identity, credentials, professional status, faith role, relationship to Celestial Works LLC, or reason for using Enora
  • Use matching or messaging features to scam, pressure, exploit, recruit, sell to, harass, or manipulate other users
  • Use professional support or faith support features in a false, abusive, unsafe, or misleading way
  • Hack, exploit, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, attack, or interfere with the app
  • Abuse purchases, subscriptions, promo codes, account systems, premium features, community features, messaging features, matching features, AI features, professional support features, faith support features, or app features
  • Use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, modified clients, fake accounts, unauthorized tools, or other methods to manipulate purchases, subscriptions, account access, premium features, posts, messages, matches, reports, rankings, AI features, or app behavior
  • Attempt to bypass paywalls, subscriptions, entitlement checks, access controls, security checks, age checks, moderation checks, or purchase validation
  • Attempt to access, alter, delete, scrape, copy, or misuse data that does not belong to you
  • Upload, transmit, or introduce malware, harmful code, attacks, spam, or abusive behavior
  • Copy, resell, redistribute, clone, publish, or commercially exploit Enora or its content
  • Use Enora in a way that violates Apple, Google, Meta, Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, or other third-party platform rules
  • Use Enora in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, disrupt, or impair the app, our systems, our users, or our service providers

We may suspend, limit, disable, or remove access if we believe you violated these Terms or used the app in a harmful, fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, unsafe, or risky way.

27. Community Rules

Community spaces are intended for support, respectful discussion, and shared experience.

You agree not to post or send content that:

  • Harasses, threatens, shames, bullies, or targets another person
  • Encourages self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, abuse, violence, or dangerous behavior
  • Gives unsafe medical, mental health, legal, childcare, emergency, or medication advice
  • Pretends to be a professional when you are not one
  • Misrepresents religious, medical, legal, or professional authority
  • Shares private information about another person without permission
  • Contains sexual exploitation, abuse, hate, scams, spam, or illegal content
  • Is designed to recruit, sell, manipulate, pressure, or exploit vulnerable users
  • Violates these Terms, our policies, platform rules, or applicable law

We may remove content, limit distribution, restrict accounts, or take other action if we believe community rules are violated.

28. App Availability and Changes

Enora is provided as a small independent app.

We do not guarantee that Enora will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, bug-free, compatible with every device, compatible with every operating system, or free from crashes, data loss, service interruptions, notification failures, sync failures, moderation failures, AI issues, messaging issues, matching issues, or other issues.

We may update, change, pause, remove, limit, disable, or discontinue any part of Enora at any time.

We may also remove Enora from app stores, stop supporting the app, stop providing updates, disable online features, add or remove paid features, change subscriptions, change premium features, change AI features, change community features, change matching features, change professional support features, change faith-based features, or discontinue the app at any time where allowed by law and platform rules.

29. Data Loss and Content Loss

You understand that journal entries, mood entries, check-ins, posts, comments, messages, matches, profiles, professional support records, faith support records, reports, blocks, settings, account data, local-only data, purchases, entitlements, AI results, community activity, or other app data may be lost, changed, delayed, unavailable, corrupted, hidden, removed, moderated, limited, or reset because of bugs, device issues, app deletion, app reinstall, operating system updates, local storage clearing, account issues, backend issues, subscription issues, platform issues, network issues, service interruptions, fraud prevention, moderation, safety protection, privacy protection, app updates, or other events.

Local-only data is stored on your device and may be lost if the app is deleted, your device is replaced, your device is reset, your device storage is cleared, or your device is damaged or lost.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for lost journal entries, lost mood entries, lost check-ins, lost posts, lost comments, lost messages, lost matches, lost profiles, lost professional support records, lost faith support records, lost reports, lost blocks, lost settings, lost account data, lost local-only data, lost AI results, lost community activity, or lost app data.

30. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Enora, including its name, branding, logo, design, artwork, interface, templates, layouts, wellness tools, community systems, matching systems, AI experience, text, code, content, systems, and other materials, is owned by Celestial Works LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, display, perform, create derivative works from, scrape, extract, or use Enora content outside the app without written permission.

You may not use the Enora name, Celestial Works LLC name, logos, branding, app content, designs, screenshots, artwork, or other materials in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, ownership, or permission unless we give written approval.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

31. User Feedback

If you send us ideas, feedback, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, comments, concepts, designs, improvements, or other input about Enora, you allow Celestial Works LLC to use that feedback without restriction, payment, credit, approval, or obligation to you.

We are not required to use, credit, pay for, keep confidential, review, or respond to feedback.

32. Third-Party Services

Enora may depend on third-party services, including Apple, Google, Facebook / Meta, Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, purchase processors, analytics providers, crash-reporting providers, hosting providers, authentication providers, app stores, notification providers, AI providers, moderation providers, email providers, professional booking providers, communication providers, and other service providers.

We are not responsible for third-party service outages, data practices, policies, errors, billing issues, account issues, login issues, refund issues, platform changes, service changes, security events, AI output, professional availability, professional conduct, faith leader conduct, moderation failures, message delivery failures, or decisions made by those third parties.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules.

33. Professional and Third-Party Provider Terms

If Enora connects you with professionals, faith leaders, therapists, counselors, coaches, wellness providers, clergy members, spiritual advisors, or other third-party support providers, those providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, consent forms, fees, professional obligations, licensing rules, confidentiality rules, and communication methods.

You are responsible for reviewing any terms, privacy policies, consent forms, qualifications, fees, and professional information before using third-party professional or support services.

Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for third-party professional services, advice, conduct, availability, credentials, licensing, insurance, fees, refunds, cancellations, missed appointments, confidentiality practices, or outcomes.

34. Children

Enora is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Children under 13 should not create accounts or submit personal information through Enora.

If we learn that a child under 13 provided personal information directly through Enora, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of apps, online services, device settings, notifications, purchases, subscriptions, and screen time.

35. No Professional Advice

Enora is a wellness, reflection, and community app.

Enora does not provide professional, financial, medical, legal, educational, therapeutic, psychiatric, emergency, religious, childcare, safety, or other professional advice.

You should not rely on Enora as a substitute for qualified professionals, emergency services, medical care, mental health care, legal advice, therapy, clergy guidance, religious institutions, or personal judgment.

36. No Warranty

Enora is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, security, compatibility, uninterrupted operation, or error-free operation.

We do not promise that Enora will meet your expectations, work on every device, operate without interruption, preserve data, remain available, remain unchanged, deliver notifications correctly, sync correctly, provide accurate wellness information, provide helpful AI responses, provide safe community responses, provide compatible matches, connect you with appropriate professionals, or be free from bugs, crashes, errors, data loss, security issues, harmful users, harmful content, or service interruptions.

37. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes damages related to:

  • Use of or inability to use Enora
  • Lost journal entries, lost mood entries, lost check-ins, lost posts, lost comments, lost messages, lost matches, lost profiles, lost professional support records, lost faith support records, lost reports, lost blocks, lost settings, lost data, lost local-only data, lost account data, lost AI results, lost community activity, or lost app content
  • App crashes, bugs, errors, outages, interruptions, delays, sync issues, notification failures, messaging issues, matching issues, AI issues, moderation issues, or compatibility issues
  • Purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, billing disputes, payment issues, renewal issues, free trials, or platform issues handled by Apple or Google
  • Ads, advertisers, sponsor content, third-party links, third-party apps, third-party purchases, third-party subscriptions, or third-party services
  • Account access issues, login provider issues, backend issues, service provider issues, authentication issues, message delivery issues, or sync issues
  • Device issues, operating system changes, app store changes, network issues, local storage issues, camera issues, photo library issues, microphone issues, notification issues, location permission issues, or contact permission issues
  • AI-generated content, inaccurate information, incomplete summaries, emotionally unhelpful responses, unsafe responses, or reliance on app-generated content
  • Community posts, user messages, user conduct, matching outcomes, offline meetings, harassment, fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, disputes, or unsafe user interactions
  • Professional support features, therapist availability, counselor availability, clergy availability, professional conduct, professional advice, missed appointments, fees, refunds, licensing issues, confidentiality practices, or outcomes
  • Faith-based support, faith leader conduct, religious content, spiritual advice, or faith-related outcomes
  • Medical decisions, mental health decisions, medication decisions, safety decisions, legal decisions, relationship decisions, childcare decisions, faith decisions, emergency situations, crisis situations, self-harm situations, abuse situations, or professional care decisions
  • Unauthorized access, fraud, misuse, invalid activity, security events, or events beyond our reasonable control

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC's total liability for any claim related to Enora will not exceed the amount you paid directly for Enora in the 3 months before the claim, or 25 US dollars, whichever is greater.

Some locations do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

38. Indemnity

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Celestial Works LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, affiliates, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, related to:

  • Your use or misuse of Enora
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law, regulation, platform rule, or third-party right
  • Your fraud, abuse, exploitation, invalid activity, or unauthorized activity
  • Your interactions with ads, sponsor content, advertisers, third-party links, third-party apps, third-party purchases, or third-party services
  • Any content, information, photos, messages, posts, journal entries, comments, reports, profile information, or feedback you submit to us
  • Any information you publish, share, copy, export, screenshot, message, print, or send to other users or third parties
  • Any reliance on Enora for medical, mental health, legal, emergency, relationship, faith, childcare, safety, or professional decisions
  • Any harm, damage, dispute, or claim related to user interactions, matching features, messages, community posts, offline meetings, professional support, faith-based support, or third-party providers

39. Account and Data Deletion

Deleting Enora account data does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Local-only data may be stored only on your device. We cannot recover, transfer, restore, or delete local-only data from our servers if we do not store it in our database.

Some data may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, payment, dispute, backup, safety, moderation, abuse-prevention, professional support records, or platform compliance reasons.

40. Privacy Policy

Your use of Enora is also covered by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, used, stored, or shared when you use the app.

By using Enora, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

41. App Store and Platform Terms

Your use of Enora may also be subject to the rules, terms, and policies of the platform where you downloaded the app, including Apple App Store or Google Play.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and required Apple or Google platform rules, the required platform rules may apply where necessary.

Apple, Google, Meta, Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, and other third-party providers are not responsible for providing support, maintenance, refunds, or warranties for Enora unless their own terms say otherwise.

42. Termination

We may suspend, limit, disable, or terminate your access to Enora or any feature of Enora at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, violated platform rules, created risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, created safety risk, created privacy risk, harmed other users, abused community features, abused matching features, abused professional support features, or used the app in a harmful, unsafe, or unauthorized way.

You may stop using Enora at any time by deleting the app.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play.

43. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make changes, we will update the effective date and make the latest version available in the app or on our website.

Your continued use of Enora after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

44. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

If a dispute is allowed to proceed in court, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

45. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.

46. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase terms shown in the app or by the app store, make up the agreement between you and Celestial Works LLC for your use of Enora.
