INKI Terms of Use

INKI is created and operated by Celestial Works LLC.

These Terms of Use explain the rules for downloading, accessing, or using INKI. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using INKI, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use INKI.

1. About INKI

INKI is a mobile interactive companion app that may include an animated liquid companion, touch interactions, motion interactions, voice interactions, microphone features, AI-assisted chat, short notes, mood-style check-ins, personalization, visual modes, color themes, account features, purchases, subscriptions, paywalls, premium features, settings, and other app features.

INKI is provided for personal entertainment, reflection, and companion-style interaction purposes only.

INKI is not a medical provider, mental health provider, therapist, emergency service, crisis service, legal advisor, financial advisor, childcare provider, professional care service, or real person.

INKI is not a substitute for human relationships, professional support, emergency help, therapy, medical care, or personal judgment.

We may update, change, add, remove, pause, limit, disable, or discontinue any part of INKI at any time, including free features, paid features, AI features, voice features, companion features, visual modes, subscriptions, or backend services.

2. License to Use INKI

Celestial Works LLC gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use INKI for personal, non-commercial entertainment, reflection, and companion-style interaction purposes.

You do not own INKI or any part of the app.

INKI, including its name, branding, logo, design, artwork, interface, animated companion, visual modes, liquid effects, motion systems, interaction systems, AI experience, text, code, content, systems, and features, is owned by Celestial Works LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, hack, exploit, clone, resell, or commercially use INKI or its content without written permission from Celestial Works LLC.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

3. Personal Use

INKI is intended for personal entertainment, reflection, and companion-style interaction.

You may use INKI to interact with a digital companion, use touch features, use motion features, use voice features where available, chat with AI-assisted features, save short notes, personalize visual modes, and use premium features where available.

You may not use INKI as a therapy service, medical system, crisis response system, emergency system, legal system, financial advice system, childcare service, professional counseling service, business tool, commercial companion service, or professional care service without written permission from Celestial Works LLC.

You are responsible for deciding what information you enter, say, upload, save, rely on, copy, export, screenshot, message, print, or share.

4. Eligibility

INKI is intended for adults and users old enough to use companion-style apps safely and responsibly.

INKI is not directed to children under 13.

Children under 13 may not create accounts or submit personal information through INKI.

If you are under the age required to use apps or online services in your location, you may use INKI only with permission from a parent or guardian, unless the app or law requires a higher age.

We may suspend, limit, disable, or delete accounts if we believe a user is underage, using false age information, creating safety risk, violating platform rules, or violating these Terms.

5. Accounts and Sign-In

INKI may allow you to sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook, email, or other supported login providers.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity connected to your account.

You agree not to:

• Use another person's account
• Impersonate another person
• Provide false or misleading account information
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
• Abuse authentication systems
• Interfere with account security or login systems
• Share account access with people you do not trust

Signing in does not automatically unlock paid features, premium features, subscriptions, AI features, voice features, or premium content.

We may suspend, limit, disable, or delete access to account features if we believe there is fraud, abuse, misuse, security risk, policy violation, platform violation, safety risk, privacy risk, or legal risk.

6. Purchases, Subscriptions, Paywalls, and Premium Features

INKI may offer optional paid features, including subscriptions, premium tools, visual modes, voice features, AI features, companion customization, paywalls, or other paid benefits.

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the platform where you downloaded the app, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Celestial Works LLC does not process your payment directly and does not receive or store your full credit card number, debit card number, bank account information, payment account password, or complete payment details.

Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment methods, payment disputes, free trials, introductory offers, and billing problems are managed by Apple or Google according to their own rules and policies.

You are responsible for reviewing the price, billing period, renewal terms, trial terms, cancellation terms, and paywall details shown before purchasing or subscribing.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before the renewal date.

Deleting the app, deleting local app data, signing out, deleting your INKI account data, deleting local-only data, or uninstalling INKI does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

We may change, add, remove, rename, rebalance, limit, or discontinue paid features, free features, premium features, AI features, voice features, visual modes, companion features, customization options, or content where allowed by law and platform rules.

7. Refunds

Refunds for purchases or subscriptions are handled by the platform that processed the purchase, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.

Celestial Works LLC does not control Apple or Google refund decisions.

If you want a refund, you must request it through the platform that processed your purchase.

We are not responsible for refund denials, billing disputes, subscription renewal issues, payment method issues, chargebacks, cancellation mistakes, or account issues controlled by Apple, Google, or another platform provider.

8. INKI Is Not a Real Person

INKI is a digital companion experience.

INKI is not a human being, friend, family member, therapist, doctor, counselor, caregiver, spiritual advisor, emergency responder, or professional.

INKI does not have real feelings, judgment, memory, awareness, responsibility, or understanding like a person.

INKI responses, reactions, animations, voice responses, and companion behavior may feel personal, emotional, playful, or supportive, but they are generated by software and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, repetitive, emotionally unhelpful, or unsuitable for your situation.

You should not rely on INKI as your only source of emotional support, companionship, safety, decision-making, or personal guidance.

9. No Medical, Mental Health, or Crisis Support

INKI may include companion-style conversation, mood-style check-ins, notes, reflection prompts, AI-assisted chat, and supportive interactions.

INKI does not provide medical advice.

INKI does not provide mental health treatment, therapy, psychiatric care, diagnosis, medication guidance, crisis counseling, emergency help, or professional care.

INKI does not diagnose, treat, prevent, cure, monitor, or manage any illness, mental health condition, emotional condition, crisis, medication issue, emergency, or health concern.

INKI does not replace a doctor, therapist, psychiatrist, counselor, nurse, emergency service, crisis hotline, caregiver, family member, friend, or licensed professional.

If you need professional help, contact a qualified professional.

If you are in immediate danger or may hurt yourself or someone else, contact emergency services or a crisis support service in your location.

Do not use INKI for emergencies.

10. No Emergency or Crisis Monitoring

INKI is not an emergency service or crisis response tool.

INKI does not monitor all messages, voice input, notes, or app activity in real time.

INKI does not guarantee that we will detect, review, escalate, or respond to crisis messages, self-harm messages, abuse messages, emergency messages, dangerous content, or urgent situations.

If you are in immediate danger or may hurt yourself or someone else, call emergency services or contact a crisis support service in your location.

If you believe another person is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or appropriate local authorities.

Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for missed crisis signals, delayed responses, AI responses, companion messages, voice responses, app interactions, or emergency outcomes.

11. No Professional Advice

INKI is an entertainment, reflection, and companion-style app.

INKI does not provide professional, financial, medical, legal, educational, therapeutic, psychiatric, emergency, childcare, safety, relationship, or other professional advice.

You should not rely on INKI as a substitute for qualified professionals, emergency services, medical care, mental health care, legal advice, financial advice, therapy, human relationships, caregivers, or personal judgment.

You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to use any information, content, AI output, companion response, or app-generated message.

12. AI Features

INKI may include optional AI-assisted features.

AI features may help provide short conversation, playful responses, reflection prompts, emotional-style check-ins, companion reactions, personalization, or general supportive interaction.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inappropriate, emotionally unhelpful, biased, repetitive, unsafe, or unsuitable for your situation.

AI features do not provide medical advice, mental health diagnosis, therapy, crisis support, emergency help, legal advice, financial advice, childcare advice, relationship advice, or professional care.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and deciding whether to use or share any AI-generated content.

Do not rely on AI-generated content for emergencies, medical decisions, mental health decisions, medication decisions, relationship decisions, safety decisions, legal decisions, financial decisions, childcare decisions, or professional care.

We may change, limit, disable, remove, or discontinue AI features at any time.

13. Voice and Microphone Features

INKI may allow voice interaction, microphone input, voice notes, audio chat, speech input, or other voice-based features.

You are responsible for what you say, record, submit, or share through voice features.

Voice input may be processed to provide voice interaction, speech recognition, AI responses, companion reactions, or app features.

Depending on the feature, voice input may be processed as audio, converted to text, stored locally, stored in your account, or processed by service providers.

Do not record or submit private conversations, other people's voices, children's voices, medical information, financial information, legal information, passwords, addresses, or other sensitive information unless you have permission and are comfortable storing or processing that content.

You are responsible for complying with any laws that apply to recording voice, audio, or conversations in your location.

Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for voice input you choose to record, submit, save, or share.

14. Touch, Motion, and Device Interactions

INKI may use touch input, gestures, taps, swipes, motion interactions, shake interactions, device movement, or other interaction signals to animate the companion or provide app features.

You are responsible for using INKI safely and appropriately.

Do not use INKI while driving, walking in unsafe areas, operating machinery, crossing roads, caring for a child in a way that requires full attention, or doing anything where distraction could create risk.

INKI does not provide safety alerts, emergency guidance, medical monitoring, or professional safety advice.

Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for harm, injury, accidents, distraction, device damage, or other issues related to how you use touch, motion, voice, or interaction features.

15. Companion Personalization

INKI may allow you to personalize your companion experience.

This may include companion name, visual style, color mode, theme, interaction style, preferred response style, saved preferences, or related settings.

You are responsible for the personalization information you choose to enter.

We may change, remove, limit, reset, or discontinue personalization features, visual modes, companion settings, themes, colors, or interaction options at any time.

16. User Content

You may enter, upload, save, send, or share content in INKI.

User content may include chat messages, voice input, voice transcripts, notes, mood-style check-ins, profile information, photos, avatars, preferences, feedback, or other content.

You keep ownership of the content you enter into INKI.

You give Celestial Works LLC permission to store, process, display, transmit, back up, and use your content as needed to provide, operate, secure, support, improve, and maintain INKI and its features.

You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have the right to enter, upload, save, record, submit, or share it.

We are not required to monitor, review, verify, correct, or preserve user content.

We may remove, hide, limit, disable, or delete user content if we believe there is safety risk, privacy risk, legal risk, security risk, abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

17. Photos, Avatars, and Uploaded Content

INKI may allow you to add photos, avatars, screenshots, documents, images, or attachments to your profile, notes, companion settings, or other features.

You are responsible for the content you choose to upload, attach, save, or share.

Photos and uploads may include metadata or visual details that reveal location, time, surroundings, people, children, homes, schools, landmarks, license plates, addresses, or other private information.

You agree not to upload, attach, save, or share content that:

• You do not have permission to use
• Violates another person's privacy
• Contains illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or harassing material
• Contains malware, harmful code, spam, or attacks
• Misrepresents medical, mental health, legal, financial, professional, or safety information
• Reveals private information about children, other users, family members, or third parties
• Violates any law, platform rule, or third-party right

We may remove, limit, disable, or delete content or access if we believe there is legal risk, privacy risk, security risk, safety risk, misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

18. Guest Use and Local Data

INKI may allow you to use some features as a guest or without creating an account.

Guest or local-only information may be stored locally on your device and may not be connected to an online account.

Guest or local-only information may not be saved to our database unless you later use an account-based feature that supports syncing, cloud backup, account recovery, AI features, voice features, or online storage.

This means:

• If you delete the app, your local-only data may be lost.
• If you switch phones or devices, your local-only data may not transfer.
• If your phone is lost, reset, damaged, replaced, or wiped, local-only data may be lost.
• If your local device storage is cleared, local-only data may be lost.
• If the app is removed, reinstalled, or reset, local-only data may be lost.
• We cannot manually restore local-only data if we do not store it on our servers.

You are responsible for understanding the risk of using guest or local-only features.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for lost chat messages, lost notes, lost voice input, lost voice transcripts, lost companion settings, lost personalization, lost themes, lost visual modes, lost account data, or lost local data.

19. Notifications and Reminders

INKI may allow you to receive notifications or reminders.

Notifications may include companion messages, reminders, check-in prompts, account notices, subscription notices, feature updates, or other app-related messages.

Notifications may fail, delay, repeat, disappear, or not be delivered because of device settings, app settings, notification permissions, operating system behavior, battery settings, network issues, time zone issues, service outages, app bugs, or technical errors.

You should not rely on INKI notifications for emergencies, crisis situations, medical needs, mental health needs, safety concerns, legal deadlines, or time-sensitive obligations.

You are responsible for managing notification permissions and lock screen privacy settings on your device.

Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for missed reminders, delayed notifications, incorrect reminder settings, lock screen privacy issues, or consequences related to notification failures.

20. Device Permissions

INKI may request device permissions depending on the features you use.

These may include:

• Microphone, for voice interaction, voice notes, speech input, or audio chat features
• Notifications, for companion messages, reminders, check-ins, account notices, and app alerts
• Camera, if profile photo, upload, avatar, or image features are available
• Photos or media library, if uploading images is available
• Motion or sensor access, if shake, movement, or device interaction features require permission

You can manage permissions through your device settings.

If you deny permissions, some features may not work.

You are responsible for deciding which permissions to allow and for managing privacy settings on your device.

21. Ads and Third-Party Content

INKI is designed as an interactive companion app and may not always include ads.

If INKI shows ads in the future, ads may include rewarded ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, sponsor placements, or other ad formats.

Ads may be provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob.

We do not control the specific ads shown, the products or services advertised, or the websites, apps, services, offers, subscriptions, purchases, or pages that ads may link to.

If you tap an ad, download another app, make a purchase, subscribe to another service, sign up for an account, communicate with an advertiser, or share information with a third party, that interaction is between you and the third party.

Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for:

• The content of third-party ads
• Products, services, apps, websites, subscriptions, or offers shown in ads
• Purchases, downloads, subscriptions, charges, refunds, cancellations, or disputes related to ads
• Information you choose to share with advertisers or third-party services
• How third-party advertisers collect, use, store, sell, disclose, or share your information
• Any issue, loss, damage, charge, subscription, dispute, claim, or harm related to a third-party ad, advertiser, website, app, product, or service

You should review the privacy policy and terms of any third-party service before sharing information, downloading apps, signing up, subscribing, or making purchases.

22. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use INKI for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, or fraudulent purposes
• Use INKI as an emergency system, crisis service, medical system, therapy service, mental health treatment service, legal service, financial service, childcare service, safety service, or professional care service
• Use INKI to encourage self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, abuse, violence, or dangerous behavior
• Use INKI to harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, exploit, impersonate, shame, bully, dox, manipulate, or harm another person
• Upload, record, submit, or share another person's private information, voice, image, or content without permission
• Misrepresent your identity, relationship to Celestial Works LLC, or reason for using INKI
• Hack, exploit, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, attack, or interfere with the app
• Abuse purchases, subscriptions, promo codes, account systems, premium features, AI features, voice features, companion features, visual modes, or app features
• Use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, modified clients, fake accounts, unauthorized tools, or other methods to manipulate purchases, subscriptions, account access, premium features, AI features, voice features, companion behavior, or app behavior
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, subscriptions, entitlement checks, access controls, security checks, age checks, moderation checks, or purchase validation
• Attempt to access, alter, delete, scrape, copy, or misuse data that does not belong to you
• Upload, transmit, or introduce malware, harmful code, attacks, spam, or abusive behavior
• Copy, resell, redistribute, clone, publish, or commercially exploit INKI or its content
• Use INKI in a way that violates Apple, Google, Meta, Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, or other third-party platform rules
• Use INKI in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, disrupt, or impair the app, our systems, our users, or our service providers

We may suspend, limit, disable, or remove access if we believe you violated these Terms or used the app in a harmful, fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, unsafe, or risky way.

23. App Availability and Changes

INKI is provided as a small independent app.

We do not guarantee that INKI will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, bug-free, compatible with every device, compatible with every operating system, or free from crashes, data loss, service interruptions, notification failures, sync failures, AI issues, voice issues, companion behavior issues, animation issues, or other issues.

We may update, change, pause, remove, limit, disable, or discontinue any part of INKI at any time.

We may also remove INKI from app stores, stop supporting the app, stop providing updates, disable online features, add or remove paid features, change subscriptions, change premium features, change AI features, change voice features, change companion features, change visual modes, change personalization, or discontinue the app at any time where allowed by law and platform rules.

24. Data Loss and Content Loss

You understand that chat messages, voice input, voice transcripts, notes, mood-style check-ins, companion settings, personalization, visual modes, themes, account data, local-only data, purchases, entitlements, AI results, companion responses, or other app data may be lost, changed, delayed, unavailable, corrupted, hidden, removed, limited, or reset because of bugs, device issues, app deletion, app reinstall, operating system updates, local storage clearing, account issues, backend issues, subscription issues, platform issues, network issues, service interruptions, fraud prevention, moderation, safety protection, privacy protection, app updates, or other events.

Local-only data is stored on your device and may be lost if the app is deleted, your device is replaced, your device is reset, your device storage is cleared, or your device is damaged or lost.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for lost chat messages, lost voice input, lost voice transcripts, lost notes, lost mood-style check-ins, lost companion settings, lost personalization, lost visual modes, lost themes, lost account data, lost local-only data, lost AI results, lost companion responses, or lost app data.

25. Ownership and Intellectual Property

INKI, including its name, branding, logo, design, artwork, interface, animated companion, visual modes, liquid effects, motion systems, interaction systems, AI experience, text, code, content, systems, and other materials, is owned by Celestial Works LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, display, perform, create derivative works from, scrape, extract, or use INKI content outside the app without written permission.

You may not use the INKI name, Celestial Works LLC name, logos, branding, app content, designs, screenshots, artwork, or other materials in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, ownership, or permission unless we give written approval.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

26. User Feedback

If you send us ideas, feedback, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, comments, concepts, designs, improvements, or other input about INKI, you allow Celestial Works LLC to use that feedback without restriction, payment, credit, approval, or obligation to you.

We are not required to use, credit, pay for, keep confidential, review, or respond to feedback.

27. Third-Party Services

INKI may depend on third-party services, including Apple, Google, Facebook / Meta, Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, purchase processors, analytics providers, crash-reporting providers, hosting providers, authentication providers, app stores, notification providers, AI providers, voice processing providers, speech recognition providers, email providers, and other service providers.

We are not responsible for third-party service outages, data practices, policies, errors, billing issues, account issues, login issues, refund issues, platform changes, service changes, security events, AI output, voice processing, speech recognition, message delivery failures, or decisions made by those third parties.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules.

28. Children

INKI is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Children under 13 should not create accounts or submit personal information through INKI.

If we learn that a child under 13 provided personal information directly through INKI, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of apps, online services, device settings, microphone access, notifications, purchases, subscriptions, and screen time.

29. No Warranty

INKI is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, security, compatibility, uninterrupted operation, or error-free operation.

We do not promise that INKI will meet your expectations, work on every device, operate without interruption, preserve data, remain available, remain unchanged, deliver notifications correctly, sync correctly, provide AI responses, provide helpful companion responses, improve your mood, reduce loneliness, improve emotional well-being, understand your situation, or be free from bugs, crashes, errors, data loss, security issues, harmful content, or service interruptions.

30. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes damages related to:

• Use of or inability to use INKI
• Lost chat messages, lost voice input, lost voice transcripts, lost notes, lost mood-style check-ins, lost companion settings, lost personalization, lost visual modes, lost themes, lost settings, lost data, lost local-only data, lost account data, lost AI results, lost companion responses, or lost app content
• App crashes, bugs, errors, outages, interruptions, delays, sync issues, notification failures, voice issues, AI issues, companion behavior issues, animation issues, or compatibility issues
• Purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, billing disputes, payment issues, renewal issues, free trials, or platform issues handled by Apple or Google
• Ads, advertisers, sponsor content, third-party links, third-party apps, third-party purchases, third-party subscriptions, or third-party services
• Account access issues, login provider issues, backend issues, service provider issues, authentication issues, message delivery issues, voice processing issues, speech recognition issues, or sync issues
• Device issues, operating system changes, app store changes, network issues, local storage issues, camera issues, photo library issues, microphone issues, motion sensor issues, notification issues, or permission issues
• AI-generated content, inaccurate information, incomplete summaries, emotionally unhelpful responses, unsafe responses, inappropriate companion responses, or reliance on app-generated content
• Emotional decisions, relationship decisions, medical decisions, mental health decisions, medication decisions, safety decisions, legal decisions, financial decisions, childcare decisions, emergency situations, crisis situations, self-harm situations, abuse situations, or professional care decisions
• Distraction, unsafe use, device damage, accidents, injury, or harm related to touch, motion, voice, microphone, or companion interaction features
• Unauthorized access, fraud, misuse, invalid activity, security events, or events beyond our reasonable control

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC's total liability for any claim related to INKI will not exceed the amount you paid directly for INKI in the 3 months before the claim, or 25 US dollars, whichever is greater.

Some locations do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

31. Indemnity

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Celestial Works LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, affiliates, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, related to:

• Your use or misuse of INKI
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law, regulation, platform rule, recording law, privacy law, or third-party right
• Your fraud, abuse, exploitation, invalid activity, or unauthorized activity
• Your interactions with ads, sponsor content, advertisers, third-party links, third-party apps, third-party purchases, or third-party services
• Any content, information, voice input, voice recording, voice transcript, notes, messages, photos, profile information, or feedback you submit to us
• Any information you copy, export, screenshot, message, print, or share with other users or third parties
• Any reliance on INKI for medical, mental health, emergency, relationship, safety, legal, financial, childcare, emotional, or professional decisions
• Any harm, damage, dispute, or claim related to unsafe use, distraction, voice recording, AI output, companion responses, or app interactions

32. Account and Data Deletion

If account features are available, you may request deletion of your INKI account data by contacting:

Deleting INKI account data does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Local-only data may be stored only on your device. We cannot recover, transfer, restore, or delete local-only data from our servers if we do not store it in our database.

Some data may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, payment, dispute, backup, safety, abuse-prevention, or platform compliance reasons.

33. Privacy Policy

Your use of INKI is also covered by our Privacy Policy.

By using INKI, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

34. App Store and Platform Terms

Your use of INKI may also be subject to the rules, terms, and policies of the platform where you downloaded the app, including Apple App Store or Google Play.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and required Apple or Google platform rules, the required platform rules may apply where necessary.

Apple, Google, Meta, Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, and other third-party providers are not responsible for providing support, maintenance, refunds, or warranties for INKI unless their own terms say otherwise.

35. Termination

We may suspend, limit, disable, or terminate your access to INKI or any feature of INKI at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, violated platform rules, created risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, created safety risk, created privacy risk, or used the app in a harmful, unsafe, or unauthorized way.

You may stop using INKI at any time by deleting the app.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play.

36. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make changes, we will update the effective date and make the latest version available in the app or on our website.

Your continued use of INKI after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

37. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

If a dispute is allowed to proceed in court, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

38. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.

39. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase terms shown in the app or by the app store, make up the agreement between you and Celestial Works LLC for your use of INKI.
