Little Sort Terms of Use
Effective Date: June 15, 2026Little Sort is created and operated by Celestial Works LLC.
These Terms of Use explain the rules for downloading, accessing, or using Little Sort. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Little Sort, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Little Sort.
1. About Little Sort
Little Sort is a mobile puzzle game that may include free gameplay, guest play, optional sign-in, ads, rewarded ads, interstitial ads, purchases, subscriptions, paywalls, Pro features, extra game modes, themes, power-ups, rewards, promo codes, streak bonuses, settings, and other app features.
Little Sort is provided for personal entertainment use only.
We may update, change, add, remove, pause, limit, disable, or discontinue any part of Little Sort at any time, including free features, paid features, rewards, ads, game modes, levels, account features, or backend services.
2. License to Use Little Sort
Celestial Works LLC gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Little Sort for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You do not own Little Sort or any part of the app.
Little Sort, including its name, branding, logo, design, artwork, interface, gameplay, mechanics, levels, animations, text, sounds, code, content, systems, and features, is owned by Celestial Works LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, hack, exploit, clone, resell, or commercially use Little Sort or its content without written permission from Celestial Works LLC.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
3. Guest Play
You may use Little Sort as a guest.
Guest progress is stored locally on your device and is not connected to an online account.
Guest progress is not saved to our database unless you later use an account-based feature that supports syncing, cloud backup, or account recovery.
This means:
- If you delete the app, your guest progress may be lost.
- If you switch phones or devices, your guest progress may not transfer.
- If your phone is lost, reset, damaged, replaced, or wiped, we cannot recover guest progress.
- If your local device storage is cleared, your guest progress may be lost.
- If the app is removed, reinstalled, or reset, guest progress may be lost.
- We cannot manually restore guest-only progress because we do not store guest-only progress on our servers.
You are responsible for understanding the risk of using guest play.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for lost guest progress, lost local data, lost rewards, lost settings, lost streaks, lost stars, lost unlocks, or lost game progress.
4. Accounts and Sign-In
Little Sort may allow you to sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook, or other supported login providers.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity connected to your account.
You agree not to:
- Use another person's account
- Impersonate another person
- Provide false or misleading account information
- Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
- Abuse authentication systems
- Interfere with account security or login systems
Signing in does not automatically unlock paid features, Pro features, ad-free access, subscriptions, or premium content.
We may suspend, limit, disable, or delete access to account features if we believe there is fraud, abuse, misuse, security risk, policy violation, platform violation, or legal risk.
5. Purchases, Subscriptions, Paywalls, and Pro Features
Little Sort may offer optional paid features, including subscriptions, ad-free access, Pro features, extra game modes, themes, power-ups, rewards, premium content, or other paid benefits.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the platform where you downloaded the app, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Celestial Works LLC does not process your payment directly and does not receive or store your full credit card number, debit card number, bank account information, payment account password, or complete payment details.
Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment methods, payment disputes, free trials, introductory offers, and billing problems are managed by Apple or Google according to their own rules and policies.
You are responsible for reviewing the price, billing period, renewal terms, trial terms, cancellation terms, and paywall details shown before purchasing or subscribing.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before the renewal date.
Deleting the app, deleting local app data, signing out, deleting your Little Sort account data, deleting guest progress, or uninstalling Little Sort does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
We may change, add, remove, rename, rebalance, limit, or discontinue paid features, free features, Pro features, rewards, game modes, themes, power-ups, or content where allowed by law and platform rules.
6. Refunds
Refunds for purchases or subscriptions are handled by the platform that processed the purchase, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.
Celestial Works LLC does not control Apple or Google refund decisions.
If you want a refund, you must request it through the platform that processed your purchase.
We are not responsible for refund denials, billing disputes, subscription renewal issues, payment method issues, chargebacks, cancellation mistakes, or account issues controlled by Apple, Google, or another platform provider.
7. Ads and Third-Party Content
Little Sort may show ads, including rewarded ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, or other ad formats.
Ads may be provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob.
We do not control the specific ads shown, the products or services advertised, or the websites, apps, services, offers, subscriptions, purchases, or pages that ads may link to.
If you tap an ad, download another app, make a purchase, subscribe to another service, sign up for an account, communicate with an advertiser, or share information with a third party, that interaction is between you and the third party.
Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for:
- The content of third-party ads
- Products, services, apps, websites, subscriptions, or offers shown in ads
- Purchases, downloads, subscriptions, charges, refunds, cancellations, or disputes related to ads
- Information you choose to share with advertisers or third-party services
- How third-party advertisers collect, use, store, sell, disclose, or share your information
- Any issue, loss, damage, charge, subscription, dispute, claim, or harm related to a third-party ad, advertiser, website, app, product, or service
You should review the privacy policy and terms of any third-party service before sharing information, downloading apps, signing up, subscribing, or making purchases.
8. Rewarded Ads
Little Sort may offer optional rewarded ads.
Rewarded ads may allow you to receive in-game benefits, such as extra moves, retries, power-ups, hints, rewards, stars, or other temporary benefits.
Rewards may fail, delay, expire, or not be granted if there is a connection issue, ad provider issue, device issue, app crash, invalid activity, fraud detection, service outage, or technical error.
We are not required to provide cash, refunds, credits, or replacement rewards for failed, incomplete, unavailable, delayed, skipped, or interrupted rewarded ads.
Rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for money.
We may limit, change, remove, disable, or stop rewarded ads at any time.
9. Promo Codes, Streaks, Rewards, and Virtual Items
Little Sort may offer promo codes, streak rewards, daily rewards, power-ups, stars, hints, themes, virtual items, bonus features, or limited-time offers.
These items are part of the app experience only.
They have no cash value, do not represent real money, and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, refunded, withdrawn, or redeemed for money.
We may change, rebalance, limit, expire, disable, revoke, remove, or discontinue promo codes, rewards, virtual items, streaks, bonuses, power-ups, stars, hints, themes, or other app benefits at any time.
We may revoke rewards, promo codes, virtual items, access, or account benefits if we believe there is abuse, fraud, cheating, exploitation, invalid activity, technical error, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Little Sort for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes
- Hack, exploit, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, attack, or interfere with the app
- Abuse ads, rewarded ads, purchases, subscriptions, promo codes, account systems, rewards, virtual items, or app features
- Use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, modified clients, fake accounts, unauthorized tools, or other methods to manipulate gameplay, rewards, ads, purchases, subscriptions, promo codes, virtual items, or app behavior
- Attempt to bypass paywalls, subscriptions, ads, Pro limits, entitlement checks, access controls, security checks, or purchase validation
- Attempt to access, alter, delete, scrape, copy, or misuse data that does not belong to you
- Upload, transmit, or introduce malware, harmful code, attacks, spam, or abusive behavior
- Copy, resell, redistribute, clone, publish, or commercially exploit Little Sort or its content
- Misrepresent your relationship with Celestial Works LLC
- Use Little Sort in a way that violates Apple, Google, Meta, AdMob, Supabase, or other third-party platform rules
- Use Little Sort in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, disrupt, or impair the app, our systems, or our service providers
We may suspend, limit, disable, or remove access if we believe you violated these Terms or used the app in a harmful, fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or risky way.
11. App Availability and Changes
Little Sort is provided as a small independent app.
We do not guarantee that Little Sort will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, bug-free, compatible with every device, compatible with every operating system, or free from crashes, data loss, service interruptions, or other issues.
We may update, change, pause, remove, limit, disable, or discontinue any part of Little Sort at any time.
We may also remove Little Sort from app stores, stop supporting the app, stop providing updates, disable online features, remove ads, add ads, change rewards, change levels, change subscriptions, change Pro features, or discontinue the app at any time where allowed by law and platform rules.
12. Data Loss and Progress Loss
You understand that gameplay progress, rewards, settings, virtual items, account data, guest progress, streaks, stars, levels, unlocks, power-ups, hints, themes, purchases, entitlements, or other app data may be lost, changed, delayed, unavailable, or reset because of bugs, device issues, app deletion, app reinstall, operating system updates, local storage clearing, account issues, backend issues, subscription issues, platform issues, network issues, service interruptions, fraud prevention, app updates, or other events.
Guest progress is stored locally on your device and may be lost if the app is deleted, your device is replaced, your device is reset, your device storage is cleared, or your device is damaged or lost.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for lost progress, lost rewards, lost virtual items, lost settings, lost streaks, lost stars, lost hints, lost unlocks, lost themes, lost guest data, or lost app data.
13. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Little Sort, including its name, branding, logo, design, artwork, characters, interface, gameplay, mechanics, levels, animations, text, sounds, code, content, systems, and other materials, is owned by Celestial Works LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, display, perform, create derivative works from, scrape, extract, or use Little Sort content outside the app without written permission.
You may not use the Little Sort name, Celestial Works LLC name, logos, branding, app content, designs, screenshots, artwork, or other materials in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, ownership, or permission unless we give written approval.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
14. User Feedback
If you send us ideas, feedback, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, comments, concepts, designs, improvements, or other input about Little Sort, you allow Celestial Works LLC to use that feedback without restriction, payment, credit, approval, or obligation to you.
We are not required to use, credit, pay for, keep confidential, review, or respond to feedback.
15. Third-Party Services
Little Sort may depend on third-party services, including Apple, Google, Facebook / Meta, Google AdMob, Supabase, purchase processors, analytics providers, crash-reporting providers, hosting providers, authentication providers, app stores, and other service providers.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages, data practices, policies, errors, billing issues, account issues, login issues, refund issues, platform changes, ad behavior, service changes, security events, or decisions made by those third parties.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules.
16. Children
Little Sort is a general audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13.
If you are under the age required to use apps or online services in your location, you should use Little Sort only with permission from a parent or guardian.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the app, including purchases, subscriptions, ads, rewarded ads, third-party links, device settings, parental controls, and screen time.
17. No Professional Advice
Little Sort is a puzzle game for entertainment.
Little Sort does not provide professional, financial, medical, legal, educational, therapeutic, safety, or other professional advice.
You should not rely on Little Sort for anything other than entertainment.
18. No Warranty
Little Sort is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, security, compatibility, uninterrupted operation, or error-free operation.
We do not promise that Little Sort will meet your expectations, work on every device, operate without interruption, preserve progress, remain available, remain unchanged, or be free from bugs, crashes, errors, data loss, security issues, or service interruptions.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes damages related to:
- Use of or inability to use Little Sort
- Lost progress, lost rewards, lost data, lost guest progress, lost streaks, lost stars, lost unlocks, lost themes, lost power-ups, lost hints, or lost virtual items
- App crashes, bugs, errors, outages, interruptions, delays, or compatibility issues
- Purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, billing disputes, payment issues, renewal issues, free trials, or platform issues handled by Apple or Google
- Ads, rewarded ads, advertisers, third-party links, third-party apps, third-party purchases, third-party subscriptions, or third-party services
- Account access issues, login provider issues, backend issues, service provider issues, authentication issues, or sync issues
- Device issues, operating system changes, app store changes, network issues, or local storage issues
- Unauthorized access, fraud, misuse, invalid activity, security events, or events beyond our reasonable control
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC's total liability for any claim related to Little Sort will not exceed the amount you paid directly for Little Sort in the 3 months before the claim, or 25 US dollars, whichever is greater.
Some locations do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
20. Indemnity
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Celestial Works LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, affiliates, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, related to:
- Your use or misuse of Little Sort
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law, regulation, platform rule, or third-party right
- Your fraud, abuse, cheating, exploitation, invalid activity, or unauthorized activity
- Your interactions with ads, advertisers, third-party links, third-party apps, third-party purchases, or third-party services
- Any content, information, or feedback you submit to us
21. Account and Data Deletion
If account features are available, you may request deletion of your Little Sort account data by contacting:

Deleting Little Sort account data does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
Guest progress is stored locally on your device. We cannot recover, transfer, restore, or delete guest-only progress from our servers because we do not store guest-only progress in our database.
Some data may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, payment, dispute, backup, or platform compliance reasons.
22. Privacy Policy
Your use of Little Sort is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, used, stored, or shared when you use the app.
By using Little Sort, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
23. App Store and Platform Terms
Your use of Little Sort may also be subject to the rules, terms, and policies of the platform where you downloaded the app, including Apple App Store or Google Play.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and required Apple or Google platform rules, the required platform rules may apply where necessary.
Apple, Google, Meta, AdMob, Supabase, and other third-party providers are not responsible for providing support, maintenance, refunds, or warranties for Little Sort unless their own terms say otherwise.
24. Termination
We may suspend, limit, disable, or terminate your access to Little Sort or any feature of Little Sort at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, violated platform rules, created risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, or used the app in a harmful or unauthorized way.
You may stop using Little Sort at any time by deleting the app.
Deleting the app does not automatically cancel subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make changes, we will update the effective date and make the latest version available in the app or on our website.
Your continued use of Little Sort after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
26. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
If a dispute is allowed to proceed in court, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
27. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase terms shown in the app or by the app store, make up the agreement between you and Celestial Works LLC for your use of Little Sort.
