Pipli Terms of Use
Effective Date: June 15, 2026Pipli is created and operated by Celestial Works LLC.
These Terms of Use explain the rules for downloading, accessing, or using Pipli. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Pipli, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Pipli.
1. About Pipli
Pipli is a mobile parent utility app that may include tools for family care notes, child care tracking, sick logs, medicine notes, pediatrician visit prep, daycare incident tracking, grandparent care notes, nanny hours tracking, birthday RSVP tracking, school snack safety lists, reminders, notes, account features, purchases, subscriptions, paywalls, premium features, settings, and other app features.
Pipli is provided for personal family organization use only.
Pipli is not a medical provider, emergency service, childcare provider, legal advisor, professional care service, pharmacy, therapist, or substitute for professional judgment.
We may update, change, add, remove, pause, limit, disable, or discontinue any part of Pipli at any time, including free features, paid features, account features, reminders, notes, family tools, premium features, subscriptions, or backend services.
2. License to Use Pipli
Celestial Works LLC gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pipli for personal, non-commercial family organization purposes.
You do not own Pipli or any part of the app.
Pipli, including its name, branding, logo, design, artwork, interface, templates, layouts, text, code, content, systems, and features, is owned by Celestial Works LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, hack, exploit, clone, resell, or commercially use Pipli or its content without written permission from Celestial Works LLC.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
3. Personal Family Use
Pipli is intended for personal family organization.
You may use Pipli to organize information for your own household, children, family members, caregivers, nanny notes, daycare notes, sick notes, medicine notes, appointment prep, party planning, snack safety lists, and related personal care records.
You may not use Pipli as a professional medical system, childcare management system, daycare business system, school record system, legal record system, emergency system, or commercial service without written permission from Celestial Works LLC.
You are responsible for deciding what information you enter, store, rely on, copy, export, screenshot, message, print, or share.
4. Guest Use and Local Data
Pipli may allow you to use some features as a guest or without creating an account.
Guest or local-only information may be stored locally on your device and may not be connected to an online account.
Guest or local-only information may not be saved to our database unless you later use an account-based feature that supports syncing, cloud backup, or account recovery.
This means:
- If you delete the app, your local-only data may be lost.
- If you switch phones or devices, your local-only data may not transfer.
- If your phone is lost, reset, damaged, replaced, or wiped, local-only data may be lost.
- If your local device storage is cleared, local-only data may be lost.
- If the app is removed, reinstalled, or reset, local-only data may be lost.
- We cannot manually restore local-only data if we do not store it on our servers.
You are responsible for understanding the risk of using guest or local-only features.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for lost notes, lost logs, lost reminders, lost settings, lost child care records, lost medicine notes, lost sick logs, lost caregiver notes, lost RSVP lists, lost snack safety lists, or lost local data.
5. Accounts and Sign-In
Pipli may allow you to sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook, email, or other supported login providers.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity connected to your account.
You agree not to:
- Use another person's account
- Impersonate another person
- Provide false or misleading account information
- Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
- Abuse authentication systems
- Interfere with account security or login systems
- Share account access with people you do not trust
Signing in does not automatically unlock paid features, premium features, subscriptions, or premium content.
We may suspend, limit, disable, or delete access to account features if we believe there is fraud, abuse, misuse, security risk, policy violation, platform violation, or legal risk.
6. Purchases, Subscriptions, Paywalls, and Premium Features
Pipli may offer optional paid features, including subscriptions, premium tools, extra lists, advanced reminders, caregiver tools, family organization features, paywalls, or other paid benefits.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the platform where you downloaded the app, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Celestial Works LLC does not process your payment directly and does not receive or store your full credit card number, debit card number, bank account information, payment account password, or complete payment details.
Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment methods, payment disputes, free trials, introductory offers, and billing problems are managed by Apple or Google according to their own rules and policies.
You are responsible for reviewing the price, billing period, renewal terms, trial terms, cancellation terms, and paywall details shown before purchasing or subscribing.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before the renewal date.
Deleting the app, deleting local app data, signing out, deleting your Pipli account data, deleting local-only data, or uninstalling Pipli does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
We may change, add, remove, rename, rebalance, limit, or discontinue paid features, free features, premium features, templates, reminders, notes, lists, or content where allowed by law and platform rules.
7. Refunds
Refunds for purchases or subscriptions are handled by the platform that processed the purchase, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.
Celestial Works LLC does not control Apple or Google refund decisions.
If you want a refund, you must request it through the platform that processed your purchase.
We are not responsible for refund denials, billing disputes, subscription renewal issues, payment method issues, chargebacks, cancellation mistakes, or account issues controlled by Apple, Google, or another platform provider.
8. No Medical Advice
Pipli may allow you to record sick notes, symptoms, medicine names, dosage notes, timing notes, allergy notes, school snack safety notes, pediatrician visit prep, or other health-related information.
Pipli does not provide medical advice.
Pipli does not diagnose, treat, prevent, cure, monitor, or manage any illness, condition, injury, allergy, medication issue, emergency, or health concern.
Pipli does not replace a doctor, pediatrician, nurse, pharmacist, poison control center, emergency service, therapist, or licensed medical professional.
Information in Pipli is only as accurate as what you enter.
You are responsible for checking medication names, dosage instructions, timing, allergies, symptoms, doctor instructions, school requirements, caregiver instructions, and any health-related information before relying on it or sharing it.
For medical emergencies, medication mistakes, allergic reactions, breathing problems, severe symptoms, urgent health concerns, or safety concerns, contact emergency services or a qualified medical professional.
Do not use Pipli for emergencies.
9. No Childcare, Safety, Legal, or Professional Advice
Pipli may help organize care notes, nanny notes, daycare incident notes, grandparent care notes, pediatrician questions, school snack safety lists, birthday party details, or other family information.
Pipli does not provide childcare advice, safety advice, legal advice, therapeutic advice, educational advice, medical advice, or other professional advice.
Pipli does not verify that care notes, safety instructions, allergy notes, snack lists, medication notes, incident notes, or caregiver instructions are accurate, complete, current, safe, or appropriate.
You are responsible for reviewing, confirming, and updating information before relying on it or sharing it with caregivers, family members, schools, daycare providers, doctors, guests, or other people.
10. Reminders and Notifications
Pipli may allow you to create reminders or receive notifications.
Reminders and notifications may fail, delay, repeat, disappear, or not be delivered because of device settings, app settings, notification permissions, operating system behavior, battery settings, network issues, time zone issues, service outages, app bugs, or technical errors.
You should not rely on Pipli reminders for emergencies, urgent medication needs, medical decisions, child safety, legal deadlines, or time-sensitive professional obligations.
You are responsible for confirming important dates, times, medications, appointments, care instructions, and safety information outside the app.
Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for missed reminders, delayed notifications, incorrect reminder settings, lock screen privacy issues, or consequences related to reminder or notification failures.
11. Sharing and Exporting Information
Pipli may allow you to share, copy, export, screenshot, print, message, or send notes, summaries, lists, reminders, or other information to caregivers, family members, pediatricians, schools, daycare providers, guests, or other people.
You are responsible for choosing what you share and who you share it with.
If you share information outside Pipli, we cannot control what the recipient does with it.
Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for information you choose to copy, export, screenshot, message, email, print, post, or share with another person, app, website, service, school, daycare, caregiver, doctor, or third party.
Do not share private, sensitive, medical, child-related, or family information unless you are comfortable sharing it with the recipient.
12. Photos, Attachments, and Uploaded Content
Pipli may allow you to add photos, screenshots, documents, images, notes, or attachments.
You are responsible for the content you choose to upload, attach, save, or share.
You agree not to upload, attach, save, or share content that:
- You do not have permission to use
- Violates another person's privacy
- Contains illegal, harmful, abusive, or exploitative material
- Contains malware, harmful code, spam, or attacks
- Misrepresents medical, safety, legal, or professional information
- Violates any law, platform rule, or third-party right
We may remove, limit, disable, or delete content or access if we believe there is legal risk, privacy risk, security risk, misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
13. AI Features
Pipli may include optional AI-assisted features in the future.
AI features may help organize notes, summarize information, prepare questions, format care instructions, or provide general informational support.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unsafe, or inappropriate for your situation.
AI features do not provide medical, legal, childcare, emergency, therapeutic, educational, safety, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and deciding whether to use or share any AI-generated content.
Do not rely on AI-generated content for emergencies, medical decisions, medication instructions, allergy safety, child safety, legal decisions, or professional care.
We may change, limit, disable, remove, or discontinue AI features at any time.
14. Ads and Third-Party Content
Pipli is designed as a parent utility app and may not always include ads.
If Pipli shows ads in the future, ads may include rewarded ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, or other ad formats.
Ads may be provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob.
We do not control the specific ads shown, the products or services advertised, or the websites, apps, services, offers, subscriptions, purchases, or pages that ads may link to.
If you tap an ad, download another app, make a purchase, subscribe to another service, sign up for an account, communicate with an advertiser, or share information with a third party, that interaction is between you and the third party.
Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for:
- The content of third-party ads
- Products, services, apps, websites, subscriptions, or offers shown in ads
- Purchases, downloads, subscriptions, charges, refunds, cancellations, or disputes related to ads
- Information you choose to share with advertisers or third-party services
- How third-party advertisers collect, use, store, sell, disclose, or share your information
- Any issue, loss, damage, charge, subscription, dispute, claim, or harm related to a third-party ad, advertiser, website, app, product, or service
You should review the privacy policy and terms of any third-party service before sharing information, downloading apps, signing up, subscribing, or making purchases.
15. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Pipli for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes
- Use Pipli as an emergency system, medical system, childcare business system, legal record system, or professional care service
- Hack, exploit, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, attack, or interfere with the app
- Abuse purchases, subscriptions, promo codes, account systems, premium features, reminders, notes, or app features
- Use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, modified clients, fake accounts, unauthorized tools, or other methods to manipulate purchases, subscriptions, account access, premium features, or app behavior
- Attempt to bypass paywalls, subscriptions, entitlement checks, access controls, security checks, or purchase validation
- Attempt to access, alter, delete, scrape, copy, or misuse data that does not belong to you
- Upload, transmit, or introduce malware, harmful code, attacks, spam, or abusive behavior
- Copy, resell, redistribute, clone, publish, or commercially exploit Pipli or its content
- Misrepresent your relationship with Celestial Works LLC
- Use Pipli in a way that violates Apple, Google, Meta, Supabase, or other third-party platform rules
- Use Pipli in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, disrupt, or impair the app, our systems, or our service providers
We may suspend, limit, disable, or remove access if we believe you violated these Terms or used the app in a harmful, fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or risky way.
16. App Availability and Changes
Pipli is provided as a small independent app.
We do not guarantee that Pipli will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, bug-free, compatible with every device, compatible with every operating system, or free from crashes, data loss, service interruptions, notification failures, sync failures, or other issues.
We may update, change, pause, remove, limit, disable, or discontinue any part of Pipli at any time.
We may also remove Pipli from app stores, stop supporting the app, stop providing updates, disable online features, add or remove paid features, change subscriptions, change premium features, change templates, change reminders, or discontinue the app at any time where allowed by law and platform rules.
17. Data Loss and Content Loss
You understand that notes, logs, reminders, settings, account data, local-only data, child care records, sick logs, medicine notes, caregiver notes, nanny hour notes, daycare incident notes, party lists, snack safety lists, photos, attachments, purchases, entitlements, or other app data may be lost, changed, delayed, unavailable, corrupted, or reset because of bugs, device issues, app deletion, app reinstall, operating system updates, local storage clearing, account issues, backend issues, subscription issues, platform issues, network issues, service interruptions, fraud prevention, app updates, or other events.
Local-only data is stored on your device and may be lost if the app is deleted, your device is replaced, your device is reset, your device storage is cleared, or your device is damaged or lost.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for lost notes, lost logs, lost reminders, lost settings, lost account data, lost local-only data, lost child care records, lost sick logs, lost medicine notes, lost caregiver notes, lost nanny hour notes, lost daycare incident notes, lost party lists, lost snack safety lists, lost photos, lost attachments, or lost app data.
18. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Pipli, including its name, branding, logo, design, artwork, interface, templates, layouts, text, code, content, systems, and other materials, is owned by Celestial Works LLC or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, display, perform, create derivative works from, scrape, extract, or use Pipli content outside the app without written permission.
You may not use the Pipli name, Celestial Works LLC name, logos, branding, app content, designs, screenshots, artwork, or other materials in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, ownership, or permission unless we give written approval.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
19. User Content
You may enter, upload, save, or share notes, logs, reminders, photos, attachments, lists, or other content in Pipli.
You keep ownership of the content you enter into Pipli.
You give Celestial Works LLC permission to store, process, display, transmit, back up, and use your content only as needed to provide, operate, secure, support, improve, and maintain Pipli and its features.
You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have the right to enter, upload, save, or share it.
We are not required to monitor, review, verify, correct, or preserve user content.
20. User Feedback
If you send us ideas, feedback, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, comments, concepts, designs, improvements, or other input about Pipli, you allow Celestial Works LLC to use that feedback without restriction, payment, credit, approval, or obligation to you.
We are not required to use, credit, pay for, keep confidential, review, or respond to feedback.
21. Third-Party Services
Pipli may depend on third-party services, including Apple, Google, Facebook / Meta, Supabase, purchase processors, analytics providers, crash-reporting providers, hosting providers, authentication providers, app stores, notification providers, AI providers, and other service providers.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages, data practices, policies, errors, billing issues, account issues, login issues, refund issues, platform changes, service changes, security events, AI output, or decisions made by those third parties.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules.
22. Children
Pipli is a parent utility app intended for use by parents, guardians, and caregivers.
Pipli is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for children to create accounts or use the app on their own.
If you are under the age required to use apps or online services in your location, you should use Pipli only with permission from a parent or guardian.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the app, including account access, subscriptions, purchases, notifications, shared content, device settings, parental controls, and screen time.
23. No Professional Advice
Pipli is a family organization app.
Pipli does not provide professional, financial, medical, legal, educational, therapeutic, childcare, safety, emergency, or other professional advice.
You should not rely on Pipli as a substitute for qualified professionals, emergency services, official records, medical instructions, legal advice, school policies, daycare policies, or caregiver judgment.
24. No Warranty
Pipli is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, security, compatibility, uninterrupted operation, or error-free operation.
We do not promise that Pipli will meet your expectations, work on every device, operate without interruption, preserve data, remain available, remain unchanged, deliver reminders correctly, sync correctly, or be free from bugs, crashes, errors, data loss, security issues, or service interruptions.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes damages related to:
- Use of or inability to use Pipli
- Lost notes, lost logs, lost reminders, lost settings, lost data, lost local-only data, lost account data, lost child care records, lost sick logs, lost medicine notes, lost caregiver notes, lost nanny hour notes, lost daycare incident notes, lost party lists, lost snack safety lists, lost photos, lost attachments, or lost app content
- App crashes, bugs, errors, outages, interruptions, delays, sync issues, notification failures, or compatibility issues
- Purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, billing disputes, payment issues, renewal issues, free trials, or platform issues handled by Apple or Google
- Ads, advertisers, third-party links, third-party apps, third-party purchases, third-party subscriptions, or third-party services
- Account access issues, login provider issues, backend issues, service provider issues, authentication issues, or sync issues
- Device issues, operating system changes, app store changes, network issues, or local storage issues
- AI-generated content, inaccurate information, incomplete summaries, or reliance on app-generated content
- Medical decisions, medication mistakes, allergy issues, childcare decisions, safety issues, emergency situations, legal decisions, caregiver communication, or professional care decisions
- Unauthorized access, fraud, misuse, invalid activity, security events, or events beyond our reasonable control
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Celestial Works LLC's total liability for any claim related to Pipli will not exceed the amount you paid directly for Pipli in the 3 months before the claim, or 25 US dollars, whichever is greater.
Some locations do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
26. Indemnity
To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Celestial Works LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors, partners, service providers, affiliates, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, related to:
- Your use or misuse of Pipli
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law, regulation, platform rule, or third-party right
- Your fraud, abuse, exploitation, invalid activity, or unauthorized activity
- Your interactions with ads, advertisers, third-party links, third-party apps, third-party purchases, or third-party services
- Any content, information, notes, photos, attachments, or feedback you submit to us
- Any information you share with caregivers, family members, doctors, schools, daycare providers, guests, or other third parties
- Any reliance on Pipli for medical, childcare, legal, safety, emergency, or professional decisions
27. Account and Data Deletion
If account features are available, you may request deletion of your Pipli account data by contacting:

Deleting Pipli account data does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Local-only data may be stored only on your device. We cannot recover, transfer, restore, or delete local-only data from our servers if we do not store it in our database.
Some data may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, payment, dispute, backup, or platform compliance reasons.
28. Privacy Policy
Your use of Pipli is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, used, stored, or shared when you use the app.
By using Pipli, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
29. App Store and Platform Terms
Your use of Pipli may also be subject to the rules, terms, and policies of the platform where you downloaded the app, including Apple App Store or Google Play.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and required Apple or Google platform rules, the required platform rules may apply where necessary.
Apple, Google, Meta, Supabase, and other third-party providers are not responsible for providing support, maintenance, refunds, or warranties for Pipli unless their own terms say otherwise.
30. Termination
We may suspend, limit, disable, or terminate your access to Pipli or any feature of Pipli at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, violated platform rules, created risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, or used the app in a harmful or unauthorized way.
You may stop using Pipli at any time by deleting the app.
Deleting the app does not automatically cancel subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play.
31. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make changes, we will update the effective date and make the latest version available in the app or on our website.
Your continued use of Pipli after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
32. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
If a dispute is allowed to proceed in court, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
33. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
34. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase terms shown in the app or by the app store, make up the agreement between you and Celestial Works LLC for your use of Pipli.
