By downloading, installing, accessing, or using INKI, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. About INKI
INKI is a mobile interactive companion app that may include an animated liquid companion, touch interactions, motion interactions, voice interactions, microphone features, AI-assisted chat, short notes, mood-style check-ins, personalization, visual modes, color themes, account features, purchases, subscriptions, paywalls, premium features, settings, and other app features.
INKI is designed as a playful digital companion experience.
INKI is not a medical provider, mental health provider, therapist, emergency service, crisis service, legal advisor, financial advisor, childcare provider, or professional care service.
INKI is not a real person.
INKI is not a substitute for human relationships, professional support, emergency help, therapy, medical care, or personal judgment.
You are responsible for deciding what information you enter into INKI and how you use that information.
2. Information You Provide
INKI may collect information you choose to enter into the app.
This may include:
- Name or display name
- Email address
- Account login information
- Username
- Profile information
- Companion preferences
- Color or theme preferences
- Interaction preferences
- Chat messages
- Voice messages or audio input, if voice features are available
- Short notes
- Mood-style check-ins, if available
- Personalization settings
- App preferences
- AI chat messages, if AI features are available
- Subscription or entitlement status
- Feedback, support requests, or messages you send us
You should only enter information that you are comfortable storing in the app.
3. Sensitive Information
INKI may allow you to enter personal or emotional information.
This may include information related to mood, stress, loneliness, daily life, personal thoughts, emotional check-ins, relationships, family, work, worries, or other private experiences.
You control what you choose to share with INKI.
Do not enter sensitive medical, mental health, financial, legal, relationship, family, identity, location, or personal information unless you are comfortable storing it in INKI.
INKI does not require you to share medical details, mental health diagnoses, financial information, legal information, trauma history, or other sensitive information to use the core app.
4. AI Companion Features
INKI may include optional AI-assisted companion features.
AI features may help provide short conversation, playful responses, reflection prompts, emotional-style check-ins, companion reactions, personalization, or general supportive interaction.
If AI features are available, information you submit to those features may be processed by AI service providers to generate a response.
This may include chat messages, voice transcripts, short notes, mood-style check-ins, companion preferences, profile context, or other information you choose to submit.
You should not submit information to AI features unless you are comfortable with that information being processed to provide the feature.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inappropriate, emotionally unhelpful, biased, repetitive, or unsuitable for your situation.
AI features do not provide medical advice, mental health diagnosis, therapy, crisis support, emergency help, legal advice, financial advice, childcare advice, or professional care.
Always review AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it.
Do not rely on AI-generated content for emergencies, medical decisions, mental health decisions, medication decisions, relationship decisions, safety decisions, legal decisions, financial decisions, childcare decisions, or professional care.
5. Voice and Microphone Features
INKI may request access to your microphone if voice interaction, voice notes, audio chat, or speech-based features are available.
Microphone access is only used when you choose to use microphone-related features or grant permission.
Voice input may be processed to provide voice interaction, speech recognition, AI responses, companion reactions, or app features.
Depending on the feature, voice input may be processed as audio, converted to text, stored locally, stored in your account, or processed by service providers.
You should not record or submit private conversations, other people's voices, children's voices, medical information, financial information, legal information, passwords, addresses, or other sensitive information unless you have permission and are comfortable storing or processing that content.
You can deny or disable microphone access through your device settings.
If you disable microphone access, voice features may not work.
6. Motion and Touch Interactions
INKI may use touch input, gestures, taps, swipes, motion interactions, shake interactions, device movement, or other interaction signals to animate the companion or provide app features.
These interactions may be processed on your device or by the app to make INKI respond.
Motion and touch interaction data may be used to improve app responsiveness, animations, performance, personalization, and feature behavior.
INKI does not use motion or touch interactions to provide medical, safety, emergency, or professional advice.
7. Companion Personalization
INKI may allow you to personalize your companion experience.
This may include companion name, visual style, color mode, theme, interaction style, preferred response style, saved preferences, or related settings.
Personalization information may be stored locally on your device or in your account if account or sync features are available.
You are responsible for the personalization information you choose to enter.
8. Account and Sign-In Information
INKI may allow you to sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook, email, or other supported login providers.
If account features are available, we may collect or receive information needed to create, manage, secure, or support your account.
This may include:

- Username
- Login provider ID
- Authentication token or account identifier
- Account creation date

- Subscription or entitlement status

We do not receive or store your Apple, Google, or Facebook password.
Your use of third-party login providers may also be subject to their own privacy policies and terms.
9. Guest Use and Local Data
INKI may allow you to use some features without creating an account.
Some guest or local-only information may be stored only on your device.
Local-only information may not be backed up to our servers unless you later use an account feature, sync feature, cloud backup feature, AI feature, voice feature, or other feature that stores data online.
This means:
- If you delete the app, local-only data may be lost.
- If you switch phones or devices, local-only data may not transfer.
- If your phone is lost, reset, damaged, replaced, or wiped, local-only data may be lost.
- If your device storage is cleared, local-only data may be lost.
- We may not be able to recover local-only data because we may not store it on our servers.
You are responsible for understanding the risk of using local-only or guest features.
10. Information Collected Automatically
When you use INKI, some information may be collected automatically by the app, your device, app stores, or service providers.
This may include:
- Device type
- Operating system
- App version
- Language settings
- Country or region
- General usage events
- Feature usage
- Touch and interaction activity
- Voice feature activity, if voice features are used
- Companion preference activity
- Crash logs
- Error reports
- Performance data
- Subscription status
- Purchase entitlement status
- Authentication events
- Security or fraud prevention signals

11. Purchases and Subscriptions
INKI may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, premium tools, visual modes, voice features, AI features, companion customization, paywalls, or other paid benefits.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the platform where you downloaded the app, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Celestial Works LLC does not process your payment directly and does not receive or store your full credit card number, debit card number, bank account information, payment account password, or complete payment details.
We may receive limited purchase or subscription information from Apple, Google, or service providers so the app can unlock paid features.
This may include:
- Subscription status
- Purchase status
- Renewal status
- Trial status
- Product ID
- Expiration date
- Transaction confirmation
- Refund or cancellation status
Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment methods, payment disputes, free trials, introductory offers, and billing problems are managed by Apple or Google according to their own rules and policies.
Deleting INKI, deleting your account data, deleting local data, or signing out does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
12. Notifications
INKI may allow you to receive notifications.
Notifications may include companion messages, reminders, check-in prompts, account notices, subscription notices, feature updates, or other app-related messages.
Notification content may appear on your device lock screen depending on your device settings.
You are responsible for managing notification permissions and lock screen privacy settings on your device.
You can disable notifications through your device settings or app settings where available.
13. Photos, Avatars, and Uploaded Content
INKI may allow you to add photos, avatars, screenshots, images, or attachments to your profile, notes, companion settings, or other features.
Photos and uploads may include metadata or visual details that reveal location, time, surroundings, people, children, homes, schools, landmarks, license plates, addresses, or other private information.
You are responsible for the content you choose to upload, attach, save, or share.
Do not upload information you do not have permission to store or share.
Do not upload photos of children, other people, private locations, medical documents, legal documents, financial documents, or other sensitive information unless you are comfortable storing or sharing that content and have permission where needed.
14. No Emergency or Crisis Monitoring
INKI is not an emergency service or crisis response tool.
INKI does not monitor all messages, voice input, notes, or app activity in real time.
INKI does not guarantee that we will detect, review, escalate, or respond to crisis messages, self-harm messages, abuse messages, emergency messages, dangerous content, or urgent situations.
If you are in immediate danger or may hurt yourself or someone else, call emergency services or contact a crisis support service in your location.
If you believe another person is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or appropriate local authorities.
Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for missed crisis signals, delayed responses, AI responses, companion messages, voice responses, app interactions, or emergency outcomes.
15. Wellness and Emotional Support Limits
INKI may feel supportive, playful, calming, or companion-like.
However, INKI is not a therapist, doctor, mental health provider, crisis counselor, friend, family member, caregiver, or real person.
INKI does not understand your life the way a human being does.
INKI does not provide medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, therapy, crisis support, emergency help, or professional care.
You should not rely on INKI as your only source of emotional support.
If you need professional help, contact a qualified professional.
If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services.
16. Third-Party Services
INKI may depend on third-party services, including Apple, Google, Facebook / Meta, Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, purchase processors, analytics providers, crash-reporting providers, hosting providers, authentication providers, app stores, notification providers, AI providers, voice processing providers, speech recognition providers, email providers, and other service providers.
These providers may process information for app operation, login, storage, AI features, voice features, speech recognition, analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions, payments, notifications, security, email delivery, or customer support.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages, data practices, policies, errors, billing issues, account issues, login issues, refund issues, platform changes, service changes, security events, AI output, voice processing, speech recognition, or decisions made by those third parties.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules.
17. Ads and Third-Party Advertising
INKI is designed as an interactive companion app and may not always include ads.
If INKI shows ads in the future, ads may be provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob or other providers.
Ads may collect or use information according to the ad provider's own privacy policies and settings.
We do not control the specific ads shown, the products or services advertised, or the websites, apps, services, offers, subscriptions, purchases, or pages that ads may link to.
If you tap an ad, download another app, make a purchase, subscribe to another service, sign up for an account, communicate with an advertiser, or share information with a third party, that interaction is between you and the third party.
Celestial Works LLC is not responsible for third-party ads, advertisers, ad links, third-party purchases, third-party subscriptions, or third-party privacy practices.
18. Analytics and Crash Reporting
INKI may use analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand app performance, fix bugs, improve usability, improve animations, improve voice behavior, and detect issues.
Analytics and crash data may include device information, app version, feature usage, error logs, crash reports, performance data, and general location such as country or region.
We do not use analytics to read private chat messages, private notes, private AI conversations, or private voice transcripts.
19. How We Use Information

- Provide INKI features
- Save chat messages, notes, companion preferences, settings, and personalization
- Support account features
- Support AI-assisted features
- Support voice or microphone features
- Support optional syncing or backup features
- Provide paid features or subscription access

Some information may be deleted sooner if you delete it in the app or request deletion.
Some data may remain in backups or logs for a limited time.
Some data may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, payment, dispute, backup, safety, abuse-prevention, or platform compliance reasons.
Local-only data stored on your device may remain on your device until you delete it, clear app data, reset your device, or uninstall the app.

Deleting INKI account data does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Local-only or guest data may be stored only on your device. We may not be able to recover, transfer, restore, or delete local-only data from our servers because we may not store it in our database.
Some data may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, payment, dispute, backup, safety, abuse-prevention, or platform compliance reasons.
23. Security
We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures to help protect information.
However, no app, database, network, device, AI service, voice service, or online service is completely secure.
We do not guarantee that INKI will be free from unauthorized access, data loss, bugs, errors, breaches, service interruptions, message exposure, voice processing issues, or security issues.
You are responsible for keeping your device, account, login provider, password, notifications, microphone permission, and device lock screen secure.
You should not share your account login information with anyone you do not trust.
24. Your Choices
Depending on the features available, you may be able to:
- Use some features without creating an account
- Edit or delete certain notes
- Delete certain chat history where features allow
- Adjust companion settings
- Adjust personalization settings
- Turn notifications on or off
- Change app settings
- Sign out of your account
- Request account data deletion
- Manage subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play
- Control microphone, camera, photo, notification, and other device permissions through your device settings
Some features may not work if you disable permissions, delete data, turn off notifications, or refuse certain access.
25. Device Permissions
INKI may request device permissions depending on the features you use.
These may include:
- Microphone, for voice interaction, voice notes, speech input, or audio chat features
- Notifications, for companion messages, reminders, check-ins, account notices, and app alerts
- Camera, if profile photo, upload, avatar, or image features are available
- Photos or media library, if uploading images is available
- Motion or sensor access, if shake, movement, or device interaction features require permission
You can manage permissions through your device settings.
If you deny permissions, some features may not work.
26. International Users
INKI is operated by Celestial Works LLC in the United States.
If you use INKI outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
Privacy laws in those locations may be different from the laws in your location.
By using INKI, you understand that your information may be transferred, stored, or processed outside your location where allowed by law.

We do not sell children's personal information.

If we make changes, we will update the effective date and make the latest version available in the app or on our website.
